Highly recommmend for a city tour to Zadar due to very convenient location and good price.
Pros:

Excellent location - in the old town, on the harbour, close to the bus/train/ferry station (15 min walk). Spacious room with a great view from the balcony - on the roofs of the old town and on the harbour.

Cons:

The room was in a "private wing" (separate building) without an elevator.
