The location is fantastic

Cons:

There is no parking on site so the way it’s advertised is misleading. There is also no breakfast on site so you need to go to an adjoining restaurant (I believe this should also be explicitly mentioned). The rooms are clean and fine - but nothing remarkable to call out. Wifi was also broken during our stay.

Disappointing not a hotel

Location was great.

Cons:

This is not a hotel. They do have a good photographer.
Our room was in a building on the other side of the ally from the hotel. It had no elevator, it was mentioned in the room details, but our room was on the 3rd floor, 50 stairs up.
As it is a 4* hotel on booking, and is described as a boutique hotel, it is expected to be a hotel, with some facilities, but none. The lovley girls at the reception offered to help with carrying the luggage, however I doubt she could. Obviously I didn’t let her. The place had no facilities, bar, restaurant, room service, minibar, etc.
it is a room in a building. The room had a kitchen in it, but no dishes or cooking materials.

This place should be classified as 3* Airbnb, at most.
