Trattamento pessimo, in generale livello di soddisfazione bassa anche considerando i costi elevati

E’ la terza volta che alloggio presso Galeria Valeria, questa volta l’esperienza e’ stata a dir poco pessima.
Siccome il mio volo arrivava a Split alle 8 am circa ed essendo io sveglia dalle 2:30 am del mattino, quando sono arrivata in hotel ero stravolta e non volevo altro se non entrare nella mia stanza.
Nota bene, sono arrivata il giorno 14 agosto, a partire dal giorno 6 agosto ho richiesto ogni tot giorni se fosse possibile avere un early check in - a pagamento ovviamente.
Mi si risponde vagamente, mi si dice che si provera’ a fare qualcosa ma sino all’ultimo non so nulla.
Arrivo distrutta e la ragazza al desk mi dice che sfortunatamente una signora ha fatto check in il giorno prima e che ha anche richiesto un late check out (ottenendolo).
Io resto allibita, sto letteralmente chiedendo questo dal giorno 6 Agosto e sono regular in struttura, dovrei avere la precedenza o così dovrebbe andare in una struttura di tutto rispetto.
La signora scende con tutta la calma del mondo alle 12, io entro in camera alle 13, distrutta e basita per l’accaduto.
Il giorno dopo apprendo che gli early check in così come i late check out possono essere pagati unicamente in cash, tramite carta di credito o debito non e’ possibile.
Tante cose hanno avuto piu’ senso da quel momento.
Pulizia ahimè pessima a questo giro, coperte bucate, copriletto sporco di sangue.
Cambiare il bedding costa 20€ al giorno, sempre da pagare cash, impossibile pagare con carta.
Se cercate un posto dove alloggiare e stare tranquilli mi dispiace ma diverse notti son stata svegliata alle 5 da gente ubriaca nelle stanze accanto che urlava e cantava, su tutto il piano, impedendomi di riposare.
La “reception” resta sguarnita dalle 2 am ogni notte, ed in camera non c’e’ il telefono, quindi neanche alcuna possibilità di segnalare nulla di quanto accade nè di porre rimedio alle varie situazioni.
Peccato perché appunto era la mia terza volta e le precedenti 2 eran state fantastiche.

A short and quick night before an early morning flight.
Pros:

The room was nicely equipped and quite large.

Место расположения, кондиционер правильно расположен , приятные девочки на ресепшен , хороший телевизор , новый ремонт , чистая мебель, удобный матрас на кровати

Cons:

Ремонт раковины занял 2 дня, протекал душ в одной из комнат, слабый напор воды, дырявые полотенца меняли 2 дня, сами полотенца воняли и были серого цвета, диван неудобный, не хватало карт/ ключей, только одно мусорное, не было питьевой воды в номере и не клали чай и кофе , кроме того, что было в номере в момент приезда

Ωραιο ανετο δωματιο και καλη τοποθεσια

Δυσκολη επικοινωνια με το προσωπικο, δεν καταλαβαιναν καλα Αγγλικα.
Στις 7 νυχτες,μας αλλαξαν πετσετες μονο 1 φορα την 5η μερα μετα απο δικο μας αιτημα.
Ειχαν μονο ενα σετ μπουκαλακια σαμπουαν-αφρολουτρο-μαλακτικο των 30 ml για 3 ατομα,τα οποια ανανεωσαν μια φορα.
Χρεωσαν τον δημοτικο φορο 2 φορες μεσω της κρατησης του booking και με μετρητα στο check in,μετα απο παρατηρηση μας τα επεστρεψαν.
Δυο μικρα μπουκαλια νερο μας ειπαν οτι εκαναν 6 ευρω συνολο,και στην πληρωμη ειπαν οτι εκαναν 7 ευρω.

Split’te konaklama için güzel bir lokasyon

Tesisin konumu çok iyi,hem old towna hem denize yürüyüş mesafesinde ,yakınlarında çok sayıda güzel restorant mevcut.Oda temiz ve yeterli büyüklükteydi,buzdolabı mevcut.

Organised and they confirmed a car park bay 6 months ago. When we arrived all bays were full.
After a heated argument and receptionist speaking to the manager they offered the private parking and they will pay. ..Lie .. still haven’t been refunded 😤

Had asked for early check-in Got reply from property that it will be Euro 5 per hour. But staff at front desk did not know and would not give us room early but nice air con lounge to wait so no big deal

Location was great. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was yummy with fresh fruit and eggs to order.

The room was decorated nicely, fun for my 5yo, but on the small side.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The windowsill was dusty and there were hairs in the shower.
