Disappointing not a hotel

This is not a hotel. They do have a good photographer.
Our room was in a building on the other side of the ally from the hotel. It had no elevator, it was mentioned in the room details, but our room was on the 3rd floor, 50 stairs up.
As it is a 4* hotel on booking, and is described as a boutique hotel, it is expected to be a hotel, with some facilities, but none. The lovley girls at the reception offered to help with carrying the luggage, however I doubt she could. Obviously I didn’t let her. The place had no facilities, bar, restaurant, room service, minibar, etc.
it is a room in a building. The room had a kitchen in it, but no dishes or cooking materials.

This place should be classified as 3* Airbnb, at most.

Pros:

Dit leuke, wat kleinere hotel ligt bij de haven waar wij vanaf onze kamer een mooi uitzicht op hadden. De kamer was prima, parkeren kon erg dichtbij (wel duur), het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je loopt vanaf het hotel direct het centrum in, met overal winkeltjes, restaurants enzovoort. Aan de haven worden door restaurants ligbedjes verhuurd voor 50 euro per dag, maar als je iets doorloopt, zijn er prima gratis zandstrandjes waar we een heerlijke middag hebben gehad.
