The staff
A lot of people put up by the DHSS no problem to me better than on the streets
The staff is amazing. They are available to help you if needed. The room was good and clean. We didn't face any issues during our stay in terms of privacy, services and peace.
The room was way too hot. It was nice of the staff to provide us with a fan.
The bed is so comfy and I also had a smart TV in my room too which is was great. The fort shopping center is 2 minutes up the road and there's also a little corner shop next door. I love this place and will definitely be staying again. There's also staff on 24 hours who all seem to be so helpful.

The location is nice. The facilities are clean and modern, and the room is spacious. It also has a new smart TV, which was a nice touch.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and in the heart of the bars and shopping.
If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the clubs and crowds eco through the room. Also there are light shades on the windows so light comes through as soon as the sun comes up.
Location was fine but cleanliness could be improved.
