Kind and welcoming very clean and the staff are great
Once we found the building it was a lovely stay. We were surprised how nice the room was for the money. Bed was so comfy and the place was clean. We had a good sleep and nice hot shower. We will stay again.
Parking but nothing they can do about that. Could of been a bit more water in room as we like tea and coffee a bit more. Nothing to dislike.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The staff I met were very nice.
The place was cheap/affordable; I didn't expect "star hotel"service or amenities. Convenient bus stops near enough to easily get to and from the city centre.
Overall, the place wasn't very clean at all (with the exception of the towels, thank goodness). The carpets throughout the place, the staircase, the halls were all filthy. The room had two tiny windows (one of which, I couldn't open), the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, there was mold in the shower, and they couldn't even be bothered to top off the bath gel dispenser before I checked in. Luckily, I'm a pretty deep sleeper as the walls seemed quite thin since I could here much of what was going on in neighbouring rooms and there was a regular stream of sirens outside.
Manny on the front desk is sound, it was a bargain compared to other places in the area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. Very good price for the stay . Smart tv . Bed comfy and very clean room.

No issues at all
In a safe neighborhood and easy to commute to city centre. Buses around here are regular and come ever 10mins. There’s a retail park just around the corner. The beddings were well made and changed upon request, (including room cleaning). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, if you just want somewhere to sleep while in Manchester, this will be a great option.
The staircase were not very clean, mentioned it to staff and they acknowledged that aswell. It’s beyond their control tho, the owner of the building should look into allocating funds for cleaning.
