トイレの水が止まらないず、ストレスとなった。排水レバーをガチャガチャして止まったが水曹内のフロートを点検した方が良いのでは。

Pros:

フロントの方の対応が好感がもてました。朝食が美味しかったです。部屋は適度な大きさ。清潔感がありました。ロケーションはとても便利。近くの老舗旅館の立ち寄り温泉に行ったり、青井阿蘇神社もすぐです。人吉城には球磨川沿いに歩いて行けました。

Cons:

朝食の内容はとても良かったのですが、出来たら何の料理なのか、飲み物なのか表示があると更に良いと思います。そしてなぜかコーヒーカップがデミタスサイズしかありませんでした。
部屋にはアルミ缶のお水があり嬉しかったのですが、初日のみのサービスだそう。お茶など淹れるときは洗面所の水を使って下さいと言われましたが、どうもそうする気になれませんでした。

サンホテル人吉のスタッフは人良
Pros:

バイクで酷い雨の中を鹿児島県の観光を終え早めにホテルに到着しました。ホテルの方が雨で大変だから、バスを駐車する屋根下の横に置けばいいよと言ってくれた優しさが凄く嬉しかったです。
