The staff were wonderful. Every single person we spoke to was kind and friendly. We were extremely impressed with everything.
Breakfast was very good. We appreciated the coupon for Montanas. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean
The shower was built for a basketball player! Impossible to reach to adjust for anyone under six feet tall 🥴
It was clean and seem newly renovated room.
It’s expensive compared to the neighbouring hotel. The only difference that I see is because they have a pool, but the design of the pool is not family friendly kids won’t enjoy the pool. That’s why I pay extra is for our little one to enjoy it but it didn’t what exactly happen.

I did not like the mouse that woke me up at 2:30 am trying to get off a sticky trap
I Could not sleep after that for an hour
I went to tell the night attendant about it and to ask for gloves to remove it as she was too scared to do it.
I would have rather had a discount for the interruption of my night's rest

Excellent service & food at Montanas next door.
Noise. Staff had no control over what was going on in the hotel. Hockey teams took over the facility. Parents Drinking in the lobby till well after 11 pm. Screaming and yelling in the hallway. Breakfast in the morning was again taken over by the hockey team and we were unable to get food or find a place to sit as they took over the facility
