Front desk not really friendly and incompetent..

I think this is an experienced travelers dream hotel, space and quiet. to completely unwind and relax, so it is not that it was bad. I just think you need to know hotels to appreciate this one.

They advertised as having a kitchen with cooking facilities. But when we arrived, there was no cooking or eating equipment. When we asked, it was provided, one glass at a time. Very disappointing. The toilet was broken twice in the course of the week that we stayed. This is no fun.

Mandamos requisito de entrar una hora antes, y nunca nos contestaron, incluso cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada, pedimos un espacio para cambiarnos y tampoco nos apoyaron hasta que fuimos al hotel a hablar con el manager, la limpieza del cuarto no fue diaria. Los baños les falta ventilación.

Very poorly designed in both minor and major ways.
For example, there was only one rubbish can in the apartment. You have to walk across the entire apartment to throw something away. This was only a minor annoyance, but if someone was showering in the bath (where the rubbish can usually was), it wasn't possible to through something away from breakfast prep. (The bathroom door was badly hung and had to be locked to keep it closed.)
Similarly, lighting was not suitable for actually using the apartment. The switches were inconveniently placed, the fixtures were badly designed.
The location is about five or six blocks away from streets that offer pleasant walks and nightlife. The immediate area is offers little of interest.

There is a kitchenette but nothing to cook or make a hot drink with. We heard that we had to ask for everything. So we did. And a few hours later ended up with: two tiny side plates horribly chipped, two pans very badly scratched and damaged, two spoons and two knives. Nothing to wash up with. We had to wait another 24hrs for two forks and one weird massive plate. no coffee cups or machine. After a couple of days, we gave up asking, it was clear they just didn’t have it.

In the literal hundreds of apartments we’ve stayed in around the world, a completely bare kitchen is first for us. We don’t like to eat out twice or three times a day. As chefs we love local markets and local produce so usually get an apartment with a kitchenette.
We would’ve also liked drinking water to be provided for our stay for the price.

Also there is A LOT of noisy construction all around. Some huge apartment buildings have only just started work, just to be aware.

La fuente del cuarto pudo estar más limpia y encendida al llegar. El cuarto pudo estar un poco más limpio.
