食事だけは良かったです。
Pros:

朝食、夕食思ってた以上においしくて　大満足でした。

Cons:

トリバゴで泊まると、安いからか　いつも低層階になります。札幌のホテルはそんな事ないのですが…　あと、シングルベッド３台と書いてあるのに、シングルベッド2台＋ソファベットでした。
それならそのように書いてほしいです。

空気清浄器の故障で大無し

着いてから，ウェルカムドリンクや大浴場があり，よかった

Cons:

空気清浄器が壊れていて、そばに置いていた荷物が濡れてしまったので，きちんと確認してほしかった。
でも，連絡したスタッフさんは，色々対応してくれた

コスパ最高な宿！みんな泊まってみて!!
Pros:

和室で仲間4人で泊まりました。
お部屋にトイレと洗面台が2箇所ついておりびっくり!!
朝の支度が素早く出来てとても助かりました。
共有スペースのマッサージチェアやマンガコーナーなどとても素晴らしい!!

大浴場は混雑していてあきらめた
入りたかったけど残念

朝食は、種類が多く美味しかったです。

Cons:

ドアの閉まりが悪くて、閉めても鍵がかからなかった。閉まったかどうか何度も開閉を繰り返して、施錠できたことを確認し部屋を離れました。

チェックインのとき以外は最高でした
Cons:

女の人に案内してもらいましたが朝食券もなく説明もないまま部屋番号だけ言われたので、もう一度戻ったらやっぱり朝食券もらってなかったので、チェックインの説明や案内は丁寧にしてほしい。二度手間でした。
