The price it was good value for what it was

Cons:

Noisy room from outside traffic, breakfast was a poor offering although they seem to have a breakfast menu that you couldn’t order in the morning
If you mobility issues be aware this hotel all rooms are on floors except ground floor and it has no lift didn’t impact me but you need to know

The hotel looks good.

Cons:

There was no elevator and you have to climb up back and forth if you need something downstairs. Aircondition wasn't cooling. We're sweating the whole night. Bad sleep. The water dispenser is leaking and water went inside our room.

value for money butuan stay
Pros:

i always stay at almont city hotel. it is in the middle of Butuan. anything you need is just around the corner. pharmacy, atm, restaurants, bakery. going around is easy as there are always taxi or jeep or tricycle around. this is in the main plaza and very near the cathedral. plus point is the breakfast inclusion and the free airport transfers.

Cons:

rooms facing the plaza tend to be noisy if there are events in the plaza.
