מלון נקי. צוות מסביר פנים ומסייע. ארוחת בוקר לא רעה. תמורה לא רעה למחיר. במהלך השהייה היתה הופעה של מוזיקה יוונית.

Cons:

המלון נראה פחות טוב מבתמונות. לא תמיד יש מיטות פנויות ליד הבריכה. חדר יחסית קטן. יש מקום לשיפור האווירה ליד הבריכה (מוזיקה למשל).

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

A special mention goes to Stella at reception, who was always kind, smiling, and extremely helpful throughout our check-in process and stay. Her warm attitude made us feel welcome from the very beginning.

We were also very impressed by the Drita responsible for housekeeping, who did an exceptional job maintaining the property. She ensured we always had fresh towels, assisted us whenever needed.

At the bar, Roberto provided excellent service and made the best gin and tonics. He was always friendly, attentive, and created a very pleasant atmosphere.

During breakfast and dinner, Ergi made our dining experience effortless and enjoyable. He was consistently polite, helpful, and ensured we were well taken care of at all times.

Overall, our experience was excellent and very welcoming. We even wished to extend our stay by two additional days, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, which is understandable given how popular it is. This simply means we will need to plan better next time.

We are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay so memorable and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing place would definitely recommend and amazing location everyone in the hotel and area of the location are very fr

friendly staff good scenery and amazing vibe about the place

Cons:

I brought the room with the jacuzzi and the water wasn’t the cleanest as it had some green bits to it and the food choices weren’t the greatest too

Hôtel Correct
Pros:

Hotel bien situé, bon petit déjeuner et dîner.Chambre faite tout les jours et spacieuse ( pas peignoir ni chaussons). En revanche fer à repasser avec sa table.Demande immédiate de changer de chambre car photos mensongères . Ils ont accepté non sans mal, à m’attribuer une autre chambre. Et avec insistance de ma part.

Cons:

Que la chambre donne face aux transats très proches qui ne donne aucune intimité. Qu’il y ai une cafetière senseo avec seulement 2 capsules pour le premier jour. Les jours suivants soyez prêts à débourser 1€ la capsule ! L’accueil très limité. Que l’on m’attribue la chambre 58 (dernière RDC)près du petit pont,avec le panneau d’intimité inexistant(attention )mais visible sur les photos de Booking … Le groupe extérieur de Clim qui souffle sur vous lorsque vous êtes assis sur la terrasse… Que la lunch box n’est pas une boisson comprise c’est honteux. Ne serait-ce qu’une petite bouteille d’eau au minimum. Et pour finir que le personnel soit vite agacé lorsque vous formulez une demande. Dernière petite remarque si vous demandez la facture. Elle n’est pas remise dans une enveloppe comme tout bel hôtel qui se respecte mais donnée en main simplement ! J’allai oublier de dire que le mur d’en face extérieur est sale, non pas blanc comme on peut le voir sur les photos de Booking.

Pros:

Lo staff era fantastico, dalle ragazze alla reception che sono state veramente bravissime e sempre pronte a ogni evenienza al personale di sala che è sempre stato servizievole e soprattutto molto attento.
Sicuramente lo staff è la qualità migliore dell’hotel che senza loro sicuramente non potrebbe vantare lo stesso successo.

Pros:

La posizione vicino alla spiaggia e vicino al centro ma non nella zona frenetica

Cons:

Buffet per cena poco vario considerando la categoria; con la mezza pensione le bevande a cena sono escluse (nemmeno acqua) e il servizio di raccolta ordini piuttosto lento; la doccia in bagno invece della porta aveva una tenda; pulizia camera approssimativa; dopo il check out delle ore 11.00 non viene messa a disposizione una doccia di servizio per chi lascia l'hotel nel pomeriggio/sera.
