Pros:

Easily accessible using car/bike. If walking it may be difficult for elderly because hotel is located upslope at the end of the road.

Amazing value for money. Would stay again.
Pros:

Nice location. Great facilities. Overall a fantastic time - more than I could’ve hoped for.

Cons:

Not as clean as I might have liked. Housekeeping very slow on some days - past 6pm and not cleaned yet!

Overall, good value for money
Pros:

The location was good and walkable to city centre. The service was good with staff being willing to help

Cons:

The facilities were old and a bit worn down. We could see stains on the walls and ceilings. Carpet wasn’t clean

Great place to stay in a Kuala Lumpur trip. Hoping to return again
Pros:

Location is very good, only 10 mins walk to Bukit Bintang, and 6 mins walk to the nearest monorail station. The staff are incredibly helpful, helping us store our luggage for 2 days as we went on a trip to the Cameron Highlands.

Overall, we had a lovely stay!
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions and even the train. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

It was clean ‘ish’. It needed a bit of a renovation or upgrade as some parts looked run down.

Nice stay in KL
Pros:

Location was ideal. Breakfast options were plentiful and the hotel swimming pool area was of a good standard. The room was also very big and had plenty of space.

Cons:

The hotel corridor areas felt a bit grubby and tired, didn't quite feel as welcoming as a hotel should do.

Pros:

Nice gym, nice pool area (but see below). When photos of room we booked didn’t correspond to room given, did ‘upgrade’ us without fuss

Cons:

Pool area oftentimes ruined by large families and lots of screaming children, and uncomfortable seating. Could have had water coolers on each floor not just the lobby
