Very friendly staff - very welcoming and eager to help. Our room was modern, clean, and the bed was really comfy! Slept very well every night. Really enjoyed the pool - amazing view of the KL tower and the city! Breakfast was also really delicious - lots to choose from, ate well every morning.

-big room with wide bed. fyi bed could be considered a bit short for some.
-nice pillows and hard mattress.
-location - few minutes walking to Petronas Towers, or to another big shopping malls with good food courts (and they're connected with each other).
-pool area in the evening - it was actually cold! great!
-big gym with a city view.
-view from the room on high floor.
-AC in terms of drying - swimming clothes after pool dryed overnight.
-AC in terms of temperature - was not able to cool down room to requested temperature, couldn't go below around 23-24 Celsius degrees. It is not the only 4* hotel with this AC feature I've encountered in KL.
-inside room, some facilities were dated. some stains here and there.
-fridge not cooling very well (reception informed).
The toilet in our room was broken, the lighting was extremely dim, we had two rooms one with bright lighting and the other with dim lighting, when we pointed it out the lady at the reception said all rooms have different lighting. upon our insistence, she agreed to have someone check them but no one came to inspect. We tried the breakfast buffet one day but looking at the poor service for bringing one fried egg and the limited menu, we decided to save our money. Our room was a floor below the pool so at night we would hear the noises from the roof for pool cleaning etc. Woke up almost every day to noises of construction from the next door building, sound proofing in rooms need work too. On checkout, the bell boy tried to fool us into getting a more expensive ride to the airport when we asked his advice on car type while booking online. Overall it wasn't a great experience.
L’hôtel est situé en ville proche de tout, appartement spacieux et propre en surface. Personnel très réactif, nous avons eu un soucis avec la machine à laver elle a été changer dès le lendemain.
La Clim n’est pas très forte du coup certaines pièce comme le couloir le dressing sont chaude.
Sinon très bonne hôtel
J'ai adoré la taille de l'appartement ainsi que les équipements. L'appartement était également très propre.

Enjoyed a long stay at Oasia - great location, the suite was clean, comfy, quiet and spacious with a lovely view. Drinking water available anytime and so handy to have a washer dryer.
All the staff were very helpful, friendly and delivered excellent service from start to finish.

Reasonably convenient location
Room was not clean. Constantly leaking tap in bathroom. Hot water stops heating after first few minutes and you only get warm water. Walls are thin and neighbours are loud.

We hadden een erg mooie kamer.
we besloten wat dagen bij te boeken en ook dat ging goed en de kamer die we hadden met aparte slaapkamer was perfect!
Er zouden wat meer ligbedjes bij het zwembad mogen zijn.
