Pros:

The Hotel was amazing we had a very good stay there. Gym 24 hours open and it has everything so you can do a fullbody workout!
The staff was nice and very friendly big thanks to them! bukit bintang was like 10-15 minutes by foot from the hotel. Clean and cozy rooms with AC

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Zu Fuss dauert es zu den Petronas Twin Towers etwa 15 Minuten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgestattet und es hatte sowohl 'westliches' Frühstück, wie auch asiatisches Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Türe im Badezimmer lässt sich entweder für die Toilette benutzen oder für die Duschkabine, was nicht gerade praktisch ist, wenn man als Familie unterwegs ist

Schönes Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage.
Auf dem Dach gibt es einen Pool und ein ein Gym. Es wird auch eine super Aussicht geboten, die speziell abends genossen werden sollte.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr reichlich.
