Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, einer Mall und verschiedenen Restaurants entfernt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, da die bei Google angegebene Adresse zu einem Spiel Casino gehört. Der Taxifahrer setzte uns an der Adresse ab und wir waren etwas ratlos. Auf der Website des Hotels ist eine andere Adresse angegeben. Eine Gasse auf der Rückseite des Spiel Casinos, der Eingang zum hotel ist neben dem Hintereingang des Casinos. Entweder geht man durch das Casino oder durch eine schmale Einfahrt neben dem Casino und dann links, ohne Fußweg zwischen drängenden Autos, die hier zu einem Parkplatz wollen.
Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich. Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, eher 3 Sterne.

Pros:

Second time at Lot and confirm it's a great place. Excellent location, nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, parking, but most of all kind, helpful, and competent staff, that for me is the true big asset of this hotel.

Not worth it - not a five star hotel!
Pros:

Staff was kind and helpful and provided us with a full refund.

Cons:

Not at all what we expected from a five star hotel and honestly we were shocked when we got to our room. Our bathroom door was stuck and wouldn’t open. Staff managed to get it unstuck and advised us to just not close the bathroom door anymore, which wasn’t a satisfactory solution for us.
Most furniture in the room had damage. The room was advertised as having memory foam mattresses, but the mattresses we found were badly sagging and clearly worn out, nothing like what was described. Staff mentioned that they're planning renovations this autumn and admitted that everything is outdated, but said there was nothing they could do for us in the meantime.

Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju ze standard na executive - był on przestronny z kanapą i biurkiem oraz wielkim łóżkiem z wygodnym twardym materacem. Pomimo 30 stopni na zewnątrz nie musieliśmy używać klimatyzacji a pokój był bardzo czysty. Śniadanie skromne jak na 5 gwiazdek ale bardzo dobre, a obsługa była bardzo miła i serdeczna. Bardzo polecamy, ale to raczej 4 gwiazdki

Cons:

Niestety ciężko nam było znaleźć hotel bo z głównej ulicy jadąc autem nie widać go dobrze, a wejście znajduje się od tyłu ulicy, parking też słabo oznakowany. Przydałaby się dokładna instrukcja dla gości jak trafić do hotelu. Z parkingu też jest ciężkie przejście bo prowadzi przez ruchliwą ulicę. Za mała sala śniadaniowa, trzeba było uważać na inne stoliki.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione, vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni. Parcheggio privato sorvegliato incluso nel prezzo: un plus fondamentale in questa zona per chi viaggia in auto.
