Pros:

Cliente abituale di questo albergo da diversi anni, ho visto un netto peggioramento nel tempo: quello che una volta era un hotel pulito e curato oggi è, purtroppo, indegno.

Ad aprile 2026 mi era stata assegnata la camera 106: forte puzza di fogna, porta che non si chiudeva correttamente e tavoletta del water rotta. Avevo segnalato tutto immediatamente allo staff, ma non mi era stata offerta un’altra camera.

Tornato in hotel dal 3 al 5 agosto 2026, avevo esplicitamente chiesto di non essere risistemato nella camera 106 proprio per l’esperienza negativa precedente. Nonostante ciò, mi è stata riassegnata la stessa identica camera, che ho trovato esattamente nelle stesse condizioni di quattro mesi prima: stessa puzza di fogna, porta ancora rotta, tavoletta del water ancora rotta.

Il fatto che in quasi tre mesi non sia stato risolto nulla, e che la richiesta esplicita di cambio camera sia stata ignorata, la dice lunga sulla gestione attuale della struttura. Allego foto a documentazione di quanto descritto.

Non ci tornerò più.
