Lack of heating due apparently due to a French law where heat is turned off to the entire, including private home and hotels. During our stay, the weather was called and rainy.

Wonderful location and really nice hotel.
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast.
Last but not least, really nice and service minded staff. The hotel is located in a very nice suburban area of Paris. Wonderful food market and fast connection with train / metro to Paris.
