Cons:

Staff at reception asked me for extra €30 for top floor room. However, my colleague got it without being asked for extra at 15 floor

Kiva hotelli, hienot puitteet.

Cons:

Saunaan ei ollut vuoroja. Kun menimme saunomaan, sauna oli täynnä. Suihkuihin sai jonottaa ja miesten puolella tuli vain kylmää vettä. Saunassa ei saanut enää löylyjä (ilta-aika). Allas alue oli niin kylmä, ettei siellä voinut hengailla.
Aamiaisella voisi olla parempia gluteenittomia leipiä. Pakasteen elovena sämpylät on turhan isoja, tuhdin aamiaisen kanssa.

Ложите цельный матрас ели вы сдвигаете 2 кровати !мы пара ,ужасно не удобно было спать !
Cons:

Кровать .я хотел одну большую кровать ,а было 2 сдвинуты с разными матрасами ,я постоянно проваливался между ними ,из за этого не выспался нормально .хотя бы цельный матрас ложите раз вы сдвигаете кровати .это единственный минус но большой для меня !

Pros:

Facilities they providing is excellent and the breakfast is superb. That’s the best breakfast I had in whole Finland. Not only the Finnish food but also English breakfast mix made it perfect.

Cons:

Some staff was not friendly at all. No greetings. Always grumpy. Not the receptionist and the restaurant staff. But staff at the spa area was not friendly.

Freundliches Personal, ein schönes schlechtes Zimmer, im 16. Stock die schöne Bar

Cons:

Zu weiches Bett, und Kopfkissen. Sehr doll verlegen. Bin viel gereist im Leben, aber das war sehr ärgerlich, in der Apotheke wärmepflaster, heiße Salbe und ibo geholt. In Deutschland dann beim Arzt gewesen, bekam Halskrause und Muskelentspannungstabletten

Allas-saunaosasto saisi olla viihtyisämpi. Etenkin pukuhuoneet ja sauna kaipaavat jo pientä remppaa. Kuluneen näköistä. Kattoaltaan kalusteet vaikuttivat epämukavilta. Lisää vehreyttä kiitos

Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen !!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn vom HBF zu erreichen… super Stylish eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Betten waren bequem, das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr umfangreich.. wir waren sehr zufrieden !!

Cons:

Ein kleines Wasser an der Rezeption kostet 6€ !!!! 🤯So eine Flasche sollte eigentlich kostenfrei im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen !!

Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. In wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauna und Pool mit Aussicht überwältigend.
