Ein wunderbarer, komfortabler Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee, zentral in Helsinki.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und es gab Rituals Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und die Lage des Hotels ideal.

Cons:

Der Pool war leider zu kalt um ihn im August (bei ca 18-20 Grad Außentemperatur und etwas mehr Wind) angenehm benutzen zu können und es gab leider keinen guten koffeinfreien Kaffee beim Frühstück.

Good location, poor facilities and management
Pros:

Location was reasonably good. Staff were quite helpful.

Cons:

The facilities inside the room were below a 4star, rather old, airco/heating was malfunctioning. The pool was pretty cold and Sauna was underwhelming. They charged for everything with excessive prices, a bottle of water 6 euro at the reception, swimming robes 15 euro, the latter should've been included by default really. The restaurant was its own thing, tried it three times and every time they got the order wrong (restaurant staff were amazing, not to be mistaken with the kitche/chef!)
