Cons:

Check-in kesti puoli tuntia jonottaen. Suihkussa oli saapuessa edellisen vieraan hiuksia. Kattoaltaan pukuhuonetilat olivat litimärät, yksi yhteissuihkuista oli rikki ja sauna ei lämmennyt yli 40 asteiseksi.

Asiakaspalvelu parasta mitä tullut hitelleissa vastaan vuosien varrella.
Myös mm siivojat, keittiöhenkilökunta sun muut olivat mielettömiä asiakaspalvelijoita.

Modern, very clean hotel, was exactly what I expected.
Pros:

Hotel has a fantastic (if small) rooftoop pool and sauna. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Location does feel a little out of the centre but there's excellent public transport links. The hotel slightly lacks character but that's not the brand so that's not a criticism.
