Amazing rooftop sauna and gym and pool
People did not clean up after themselves in rooftop gym area
Aamupala ja palvelu loistavat. Uima-allas ja saunaosasto viihtyisä. Huone siisti ja mukava.

Location and comfy bed.
Staff. Had to leave st 6:45. All of "early breakfast" was basically non-existent. A couple of drops of coffee were left in the thermos. When asked for more the staff ar the reception said that there's none and none is coming.
When inquired to help out organize something or give advice I was told that non is coming and that's I'm getting.

Sauna ja sänky
Asiakaspalvelu aamiaispaikassa oli vaihtelevaa, osa henkilökunnasta oli ystävällisiä, osa aamupalapaikan työntekijöistä happaman oloisia.
Ensimmäisenä yönä huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut tai se oli aivan liian tehoton. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin avuliasta ja he ottivat huolemme vakavasti. Saimme toiseksi yöksi paremman huoneen. Henkilökunta oli joka paikassa erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli mainio!

Schoon en nieuw hotel. Goede tramverbindingen voor het hotel richting centrum.
Jammer dat er veel congressen zijn waar ik veel last van had, drukte van mensen. Het avond restaurant erg duur, kreeg een discussie over de prijs van een glas Rose welke zij een fout hadden gemaakt bij het afrekenen, en deze niet wilde corrigeren.
