Amazing views, excellent staff, highly recommended.
Pros:

The swimming pool is amazing with great views. The entire hotel has amazing views, expecially from the sky bar. The staff are excellent and super friendly. I would highly recommend.

Cons:

The hotel is 15 minutes from Sorrento, and cost 45 Euros each way, but that is no fault of the hotels. It was not an issue for us as we were happy to be away from the bustle of Sorrento.

Magnifique séjour à l’Hôtel Villa Fiorella à Sorrente ! Tout était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et servi avec une vue splendide. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont délicieux et offrent un cadre très agréable.

Le rooftop est tout simplement magique : admirer chaque soir le coucher du soleil y est un moment inoubliable. La piscine est également très agréable, idéale pour se détendre dans un cadre magnifique.

Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour d’exception sur la côte amalfitaine !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning outdoor areas and breathtaking views all around. The location is very convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that our room was a bit small and located close to the reception area, so we occasionally heard some noise. The balcony offered a lovely view, but it was situated directly above the parking lot, which slightly affected the atmosphere.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with
the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!

Pros:

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

We had the most fabulous holiday! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel straight at home. Reception, breakfast, pool, restaurant... everyone is super friendly and helpful and professional. Daily whatsapp messages to inform you of local tips... they go out of their way to make you feel special and at home. Special thanks to Lia!
The location is fabulous, with the most wonderful views.. oh and the sunsets ... thankfully all away from the crowds. Food is delicious! We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets.

All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful.

Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil.

We would highly recommend this hotel.
