Surpreendemente boa.
Pros:

Longe do grande movimento das regiões mais turísticas. Facilidade de acesso as principais linhas de metrô (acesso fácil a todas as partes da ilha e Brooklin). Rede de apoio com restaurantes supermercado a poucos metros. Acomodação justa, verifique sobre o tamanho dos quartos.

Cons:

A praça em frente ao hotel estava em reforma com aspecto ruim.

Cons:

There was some club event or something at the hotel, that was playing loud music that could be heard down at the 7th floor till 4:00 a.m.. elevators also were not great for departure. Sunday morning. Parking as well was extremely expensive for people coming from out of town.

It’s a good location and a reasonable price.

Location to Brooklyn bridge and closer to airport . Subway access

Cons:

The shower door was missing had a certain and some of water would spill to the floor.

Acierto pleno con este hotel!!!
Pros:

El hotel en general esta muy bien: situacion, limpieza, comodidad, amabilidad del personal, precio, detalles como ofrecer cafe cada mañan en recepcion.... Un acierto!

Cons:

No he encontrado nada malo, si acaso comentar que la habitacion es algo ajustada. No estaria mal que fuera un poco mas grande.

Cons:

Saturday night - really loud music being played from a rooftop close by - perhaps at the roof top bar from the hotel. Music played until 4am

Serviceable stay for a few days
Pros:

Location was decent (near several subway lines), bed was comfortable, toilet and shower functional, and it was clean enough to meet my needs. The staff also let me postpone my checkout to 1pm which was nice, since I anticipated needing to sleep later on my last day. This place is nothing stellar, but it's about as good as you'll get in Manhattan without forking over a fortune these days.

Cons:

Felt a bit worn around the edges, and the cleaning could have been a bit better. I found a metal bottle cap under the nightstand that the cleaners had missed.
