J’ai réservé la grande suite pour mon anniversaire, je m’attendais à une expérience de meilleure qualité. Malheureusement, plusieurs points m’ont déçu.
La douche de la salle de bain était bouchée, ce qui provoquait une stagnation de l’eau avec un risque de débordement. Le mobilier était également dans un état très usé de façon général. J’ai aussi regretté l’absence de mini-réfrigérateur, un équipement que je considère indispensable, surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. La climatisation, quant à elle, ne fonctionnait pas correctement.
Enfin, le parking était difficilement accessible en raison du nombre très limité de places disponibles, et j’ai dû négocier pour pouvoir en obtenir une.
Pour le prix payé et pour une grande suite, je trouve la prestation décevante et en dessous des attentes que l’on peut légitimement avoir.

I really liked the staff, who were extremely kind and friendly, especially with my 1-year-old daughter. The hotel was a bit far from the city centre, but it was very close to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. The area was lovely, with plenty of facilities and a charming bar where there was a great atmosphere every evening.
The building is a bit old, as are the furniture, the bathroom, and the common areas.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obsługi i standardu hotelu. Obsługa hotelu bardzo empatyczna i troskliwa. Przysympatyczny pan Marcon z recepcji bardzo mi pomagał. Czułam się bezpiecznie i zaopiekowana. Jeżeli będę jechała do Antony, to na pewno skorzystam z usług waszego hotelu.

Emplacement très pratique eu égard à nos déplacements. Grande chambre suite à un surclassement. Calme.
Le hall d'accueil est légèrement dégradé, ce qui crée une première impression légèrement négative (mais rapidement corrigée par l'accueil et la qualité de la chambre).

J'ai rarement rencontré une telle empathie
La situation géographique, les dimensions de la chambre et son confort général, l'accueil avec les bouteilles d'eau et les petites gourmandises ainsi que la carte d'accueil personnalisée.
Il y avait une mini fuite dans les toilettes donc un bruit de goutte d'eau heureusement pas trop fort. Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner plus que moyen pour un établissement de ce standing et le rapport qualité/prix n'y était pas du tout. Nous avons déjà eu des petits déjeuners bien meilleurs dans des hôtels de moindre catégorie. Bacon et œufs brouillés presque froids, charcuterie pas du tout appétissante avec les manches des couverts de service posés directement sur les tranches, pas hygiénique du tout, le presse agrume nul car on doit tenir l'orange avec les mains pour la presser ! Pas de store, on avait le soleil dans la figure.
