Pros:

ok rooms a tad on the small side

Cons:

Its good, not the best..
Pros:

Rooms are Neat, Clean & hygienic
Required Amenities provided in room.
Walkable from Bay & market area.
Water, tea coffee kettle provided.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty small & Compact, serves the purpose though..
No Locks for washroom & bathroom.
No complains otherwise.

Good hotel in brilliant location.
Pros:

Brilliant location next to little Japan. Easy walk to everything I needed.

Cons:

It’s not really a dislike, more of an observation. The pool was very small and had no character.

A very comfy and enjoyable stay - the best location
Pros:

Great location, sensational views and the rooftop, lovely bar, great facilities, comfy, clean and modern rooms. Staff super friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Aiden, Kash and Teeby who made everything smooth and efficient. We highly recommend.

Pros:

The property is ideally located in District 1 walking distance to most places. Daily Tours picked me up from the hotel as well as dropping me off at the end of the day.

Cons:

Depending on the time of day waiting for the lifts as there are only 2 normally available.

Canceled my room at 3 PM on check-in day with a fake excuse; completely unreliable for travelers.

Cons:

Avoid booking here if you actually need a place to stay. I was traveling to HCMC with my rugby team for a tournament, only to have the Bay Hotel cancel my reservation at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Their excuse was that I hadn’t 'prepaid,' despite the fact that prepayment was never offered as an option during the booking process.

They left a guest stranded in a foreign city with zero notice, likely because they overbooked and chose to bump me. If you’re traveling for an event or as part of a group, do not trust this hotel to honor your reservation. Utterly unprofessional and unreliable.
