Loved our stay - would stay again

Won’t come back anymore even for free stay

Possession was pretty good, location okay and parking as well

Cons:

The hotel in general was not clean at all but the room was even in worse condition, dusty surface, hairs everywhere and last but not the last couple of bugs has been killed once I got in my room.
The gym was pretty dirty and dusty, no towels and water and not even sanitizer and disinfectant to clean up after using the machine….never seen something like that.
Everything was overused from chairs, sink, shower in the bathroom but the most horrible thing was the smell all over the hotel surface. An experience to forget as soon as possible

ממליצה בחום על Hotel Gerl - מלון שפשוט נהנינו בו מכל רגע.

כבר מהרגע שמגיעים מרגישים שחשבו כאן על כל פרט קטן. המלון מעוצב בצורה מדהימה, הכל מוקפד, נעים, נקי ונוח, ויש בו אווירה מיוחדת שממש גורמת לרצות להישאר ופשוט ליהנות מהמקום.

השירות היה מצוין - הצוות אדיב, נעים, זמין ונותן תחושה שבאמת חשוב להם שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח. רואים שהושקעה המון מחשבה בחוויית האירוח, גם בדברים הקטנים שבסופו של דבר עושים את כל ההבדל.

החדרים נוחים ומפנקים, השטחים המשותפים יפים ומזמינים, אזור הבריכה והספא נהדרים, והמלון כולו מרגיש מטופח ומושקע מאוד.

והאוכל - פשוט מעולה! האוכל במלון היה כל כך טעים שנהנינו לאכול בו שוב ושוב ולא הרגשנו שום צורך לצאת ולחפש מסעדות בחוץ. מבחינתנו זה היה חלק משמעותי מהחוויה.

זה מסוג המלונות שלא משמשים רק כמקום לישון בו במהלך הטיול, אלא הופכים לחלק מהחופשה עצמה. מקום שכיף לחזור אליו בסוף היום, וכיף אפילו יותר להישאר בו.

ללא ספק אחד המלונות שנהנינו בהם במיוחד, ואנחנו נשמח מאוד לחזור. מומלץ מכל הלב ❤️

Superb!
Pros:

Food, especially breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Facilities like spa, pools and bar were superb. Special shout out to Josef the barman, mind-reading like abilities and always a smile, great guy. Plus the owner really hosting and spending time to chat with guests, created an intimate and personal ambience and he and his son Robin made us feel so welcome. Great time.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer top Lage, für junge Pärchen ein sehr tolles Hotel, aber wenn man ein Kind hat eher das

- Tolles Personal, sehr höflich und Lieb und immer hilfsbereit
- saubere und hochmoderne Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung mit Blick auf die Berge
- only Adult Bereich schöner als auf den Bildern, hoch modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und einen Eyecatcher!
- Restaurant Top Qualität, Preis-Leistung sehr fair - Empfehlung ist das Wiener Schnitzel!

Cons:

- Bereich für alle Urlauber (Familienbereich) in die Jahre gekommen: vertrocknete Pflanzen, einfache teils lieblose Gestaltung
- kein Angebot für Familien mit Kind, weder ein Spielplatz noch irgend ein adäquates Angebot
- Hotel ist eher ein ü21 Hotel, mit Kleinkind ist das Hotel NICHT geeignet!
- Frühstückvariation sehr eingeschränkt, keine Sonderangebote, sondern immer dasselbe Buffet
- kein Roomservice, wäre bessere Alternative Essen auf das Zimmer bestellen zu können- gerade mit Kleinkind.
- kein Beistellbett für Kleinkind- war nicht möglich nach Anfrage
- Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Kinder eher nicht erwünscht sind
