We had the BEST desk clerks! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We liked the location and the staff is EXCELLENT!

Cons:

The air conditioning was not quite cool enough for us to sleep. The mattress was a bit hard.

Great hotel in fantastic neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel was great. Room was very spacious (myself and 2 kids in same room) and clean, beds were super comfortable. Best thing about the hotel is the location. We found Monti a fantastic area to stay. So close to the Colosseum. We did lots of walking and didnt find it too far from any of the key sights really. It is a vibrant neighbourhood but i didnt find it too busy, in fact i found the vibe there quite chilled. Lots of restaurants and bars. The only downside to the hotel was that it didnt have a bar, could really have done with one, as we were there during the heatwave and so often back at the hotel for a few hoúrs during the hottest part of the day. Overall though would recommened the hotel and definitely Monti.
