very good location abt.3 minutes walk from the subway station, nice staff

Cons:

There is not any sound insulation-the walls between the rooms are very thin, you can hear everything from adjacent rooms-On top of this there is as very noisy plumbing equipment in the bathroom-once you flush the toilet or turn the water tap on you hear an annoying noise of the plumbing. Hot water delivery is unstable (the temperature of the water changes several times within 5 minutes) We would not recommend to stay here more than 2 nights
