Ihan ok hotelli.
Pros:

Yleisesti oli puhdasta. Kiva että sai erikseen rantapyyhkeet.

Cons:

Huoneessamme ei ollut parveketta. Kuntosalilla ei monikaan laite toiminut ja vain yksi todella huonossa kunnossa oleva jumppamatto. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kuntosalilla.

Facilities were great, friendly staff, the updates were great, nice beach, restaurants/food excellent, the view too

Cons:

Infinity pool was closed, but we were aware, prices of drinks at pool were high

Lovely stay.. the hotel just needs to look into small things..
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the building had lovely decor, very modern and bright.. the underground parking was amazing, so much effort had gone into the design..location was good, the cleaners kept the room clean, and you were given fresh towels and linen very day… beach and pool towels were provided.. lovely place..

Cons:

There was no complementary daily water, after paying nearly a £1000 for the wk, you’d think you would get a bottle a day… once you had drunk the 2 coffees they left, you didn’t get them replaced..there was no spoons to stir, just silly little things that let it down, supposedly being a 5 star hotel.. then on top you had to pay 15e a day parking..

La piscine était sympa - petit déjeuner varié- mise en valeur du jardin magnifique - la vue mer au top.

Cons:

Déçu du 5 étoiles - ca ne les vaut pas -je n ai pas apprécié d avoir une serviette de bain dechiree - les pavés de la piscine en mauvais etat, dangereux - parking payant - personnel de la réception pas tres agréable - sèche cheveux sans support dans la salle de bain .

Dinner is charged separately and served à la carte. The menu is confusing, poorly organized, and offers very limited choices.

The staff seemed confused and unorganized, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

A total disappointment.

I would not recommend staying here.
