Nous avons été débité par erreur de 3 fois le prix total de notre séjour (car 2 premiers paiements du séjour soi-disant non passés et en fait qui sont bien débités sur notre compte).
Nous avons donc été débité de presque 1500€ en trop et malgré nos messages et appels depuis plus de 2 semaines nous n'avons aucune réponse de l'hôtel et n'avons toujours pas été remboursés.
Nous sommes extrêmement mécontents !!!!
La piscina.
El desayuno era correcto.
Los trabajadores muy respetuosos.
La habitación que nos dieron estaba situada en una planta que estaba en obras. El primer día a las ocho de la mañana se escuchan taladros. También, se fue la luz durante más de 10 min.
El restaurante donde se hace el desayuno es muy pequeño.

bardzo mały wręcz klaustrofobiczny pokój, łazienka też bardzo mała i pod prysznicem można było sobie rozbić głowę, brak balkonu, brak możliwości wysuszenia rzeczy z plaży czy basenu, parking i basen na dachu dodatkowo płatny, za tę cenę pokoju powinno być dużo taniej, klub nocny to dramat i nieporozumienie

Per essere un cinque stelle non ha i servizi adeguati, per nulla. Lo staff è troppo giovane e poco attento.
Le signore delle pulizie in compenso sono super.
A localização e a praia
A limpeza no restaurante não é das melhores, passam um pano nos individuais e deixam os mesmos assim como os talheres.
The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to Sarandë city center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The beach is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
If you're looking for a lively and entertaining holiday, this hotel may not be the best choice. Although the beach restaurants advertise live music, there is no schedule or announcement, so you never know when it will actually take place. We attended one evening, but unfortunately the performance was not very enjoyable. The hotel also has a nightclub, but it felt completely empty, with no atmosphere or energy. If nightlife and entertainment are important to you, you may be disappointed.
Super hôtel, le fait que l’on puisse profiter des piscines et autres services en attendant le check-in est un plus. Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner copieux. Service de valet pour les voitures apprécié.
Hotel frumos
Am rezervat din Decembrie special pentru piscina de pe terasa hotelului dar când am ajuns la hotel, piscina era în renovare,de fapt jumătate din hotel era în renovare, așa că nu m-am bucurat de mai nimic din ce îmi doream....cred că era corect să fie informați prin email despre renovare și atunci anulam rezervarea,nici Hamam-ul nu era disponibil nici piscina interioara!!! 5 ani am așteptat să prind libere camere pe perioada mea de concediu și când am găsit liber nu m-am putut bucura de mai nimic!!! Foarte dezamăgită pentru că nu am fost la timp informată!!!! Nu o să mai revin niciodată la acest hotel,plus că la fiecare bar care aparține hotelului erau preturi diferite pentru aceeași băutură!!! Deci nu, niciodată acest hotel!!!

-KEIN WLAN 5. Stock, mussten sicher 5mal reklamieren gehen bis wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen...das Problem bestand anscheinend schon seit 3Tagen. Nie wurde etwas unternommen

-Parkplatz muss man extra zahlen
-Service war nicht gut und auch nicht gastfreundlich
-Frühstücksbereich, eher wenig und war auch im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster.
Comfortable bedroom with lovely large bathroom. Great view towards the sea. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. All staff very friendly and keen to help. Good location with restaurants and coffee shops close by.
Music noise during the day from the pool can be heard in the bedroom all day.
Could also hear the base beat of the nightclub in the hotel late at night.
