Relax
Pros:

Sono anni che vado in quel resort ed è sempre piacevole. Lo staff è disponibile e molto gentile. La struttura è molto bella con architettura particolare che ti avvolge con dolcezza. Un posto molto pulito e faccio i complimenti a tutti. La colazione abbondante, come sempre. Ci sono tanti servizi, compreso lo SPA gratis. Tornerò.

Cons:

Il frigorifero piccolo faceva troppo rumore, per me, forse a qualcun'altro non da fastidio. Mentre ero la, non hanno aggiustato il tappo del lavandino, perché era rotto e non faceva passare l'acqua..In futuro lo faranno, sicuramente

Virkeligt sødt og hjælpsomt personale

Cons:

Fitness/gym faciliteter var meget meget gamle og slidte. Der var 3 dage i morgenbuffeten hvor espressomaskinen ikke virkede. Én dag hvor pool-håndklæder først kom efter kl12. Meget slidte og farlige trapper ned i vandet hvor der manglede et trin på den ene. Måske det var et 5-stjernet hotel for mange år siden, men ikke længere.

Le personnel est réactif, souriant.
Piscine de la réception calme et loin de l'agitation parfait pour les enfants.
Le prêt de serviettes que ce soit pour les piscines ou la plage est très bien.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre ville de Saranda, et le musique de la piscine assez forte.
Manquerait un espace pour faire sécher les maillots de bains dans les salles de bain.

Le seul point positif est la piscine, avec DJ et belle vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de clim dans la chambre, nous devions laisser la porte de notre chambre ouverte pour pouvoir faire rentrer de l’air. Le lit n’était pas confortable, il était trop dur. Il fallait payer 30€ supplémentaire par personne pour pouvoir accéder au rooftop c’est absurde.

Good but dissapointing
Pros:

The staff was 10/10. Super caring. The SPA was amazing and very well maintained. Most of the facility was clean and the bed was really comfy. The hotel was really big and had a lot of facilities like gym etc. The beach was also really nice with free sun beds and towels.

Cons:

This hotel is far from 5-star quality. When we arrived, our room had an ant infestation. To make matters worse, management refuses to provide a second key card, meaning you cannot leave the AC running while away from the room. On top of the high nightly rate, they charge an extra €15 per night for parking, a complete rip-off. The food quality is mot great, particularly the breakfast: the bread and cereal were stale, and leftovers were clearly being recycled. The sunbeds were dirty.
