Excellent customer service from start to finish and a really nice place to stay ,close to everything.
Pros:

The decorations and the lobby were a treat to look over and the whiskey tasting room was a real pleasure to visit! The staff were exceptional and professional, great experience all around and we will definitely be back soon, thank you

Great little place although a little awkward to get to as the road is very narrow.
Pros:

The whole place lived up to the word Grand. It's a boutique hotel so it was very different than the chains and we loved the decor. The dining room food was amazing and the service was excellent. We felt very "fancy" eating there.

Cons:

The carpet in the room could stand to be steam cleaned.
