Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour visiter la ville. Tout était conforme, hôtel très bien tenu avec une touche locale ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

La tv ne fonctionnait pas mais pas si grave pour nous.

Tesiste çalışan ablalar Türk bize her konuda yardımcı oldular . Bir daire gibi tuvaleti banyosu olan oda verildi . Banyonun tamirlik birkaç işi vardı onun haricinde güzel bir odaydı. Kliması vardı nostaljik bir havası olan yer temiz . Kahvaltısı yeterli .. konumu çok iyi

Хорошее месторасположение отеля и приветливый персонал. В номере были тапочки. Есть кондиционер. Парковка авто при входе в отель.

Cons:

Очень скудный завтрак. Отель старый. В номере есть мелкие поломки. Кондиционер и телевизор были грязными. Максимум здесь 1 ночь.

Der Essraum ist sehr eng und insgesamt ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich. Schon das kleinste Geräusch der Kinder schien den Herrn an der Rezeption zu stören. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen, machte er unangebrachte Kommentare wie: „Seid ihr nicht fähig, auf eure Kinder aufzupassen?“ Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Familien ist völlig unangemessen und hinterlässt einen sehr negativen Eindruck. Empfehlen kann ich das Hotel ausschließlich aufgrund seiner guten Lage.

The staff are friendly and the location is perfect. Few steps to the heart of Sarajevo old city.

Cons:

The breakfast need to be improved. Also no elevator, so climbing the stairs was not comfortable.

Bir daha gidersek kesinlikle tekrar kalacağımız hotel.

Old city nin kalbinde (2-3 dak. yürüyüz mesafesinde).Tesis çok temiz ,yatakları rahat.Kahvaltısı mükemmel.Tesis sahibleri Türkçe konuşuyor,çok nazikler ,ihtiyacınız olduğu her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlar.Nuray hanım ve kayınpederine çok teşekkürler.

Burayı bana bu kadar sevdiren ne diye düşündüm, buldum. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim de ondan. Başta Nuray hanım olmak üzere tüm çalışanların samimiyeti, ilgisi, tavırları o kadar güzeldi ki kendinizi evinizde gibi hissetmemeniz için bir neden yok. Tesisin merkeze yakınlığı, sunduğu imkanlar da çok iyi. Herşey için herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum. Saraynosna'da kalacaksanız burasını kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
