Wonderful stay, fantastic location. Will always remember how hospitable they were
Pros:

Staff were exceptional! So friendly, kind and wanting to help in every way. The room was lovely for a family of four. We all really enjoyed the stay. Location is fantastic and right next to the main square and markets

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't really like. If anything just very small niggly things, leaky iron, shower head holder not holding shower head, but all things that could easily be resolved if they actually bothered us.

Localização excelente. Tudo o resto razoável.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, a 1 minutos de tudo e da parte histórica de Sarajevo. Difícil o estacionamento que foi facilitado pelo proprietário que gentilmente ajudou a estacionar retirando o seu carro. A excelente localização permite não necessitar de carro para visitar a bonita Cidade.

Um pouco caro atendendo as características dos quartos e pequeno almoço.

Pros:

We were very satisfied with our stay in Sarajevo. The location was absolutely perfect – the accommodation was just a 2-minute walk from Baščaršija, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the city and its main sights.

The room was surprisingly spacious. Although we only needed a room for two people, there were two extra beds, so there was plenty of space. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking is quite limited. Youneed to leave your car keys at the accommodation, as the staff may need to move the cars around during the day to make space for other guests.

The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little more varied, especially for longer stays.

A Gem of a hotel in Sarajevo
Pros:

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the Ceblij, the copper streets, Huzrov Beg Mosque and the charming old town center. Staff was exceptionally helpfull and the breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay again. Another plus is the Airport bus that is just steps from the hotel. Very convenient.

Cons:

There seems to be an ongoing pavement repair work that makes it a bit tricky to walk, but that doesnt take anything away from the hotel or location

Cozy & practical stay in central city.
Pros:

The location is great, near shops and old town market. The hotel is simple and cozy, very practical for those who wish to stay in a central and serviced neighborhood. For a family hotel, the room was clean and well-equipped.

Cons:

Bathroom door did not have a lock. Also shower door was missing from one side which made difficult to contain water within shower area. In addition, arranging for housekeeping had to be manually informing the front desk upon leaving the room to allow cleaning, instead of the usual hotel way of just hanging a tag/sign on door knob. The front desk was not always attended by an English speaker.

La proximité du vieux centre de Sarajevo, le côté arrangeant de l’hôte car la rue était en travaux. Le côté dans son jus. Bref, que du bonheur.

Расположен в центре, что удобно. Завтрак нормальный, голодными не будете. Чайник есть, кофе, чай. Большая терраса с выходом во внутренний двор.

Cons:

В номере не хватает розеток, фен есть, но в ванной комнате нет ни одной розетки. В коридоре ближе к полу была розетка, зачем-то... Но не было зеркала. Нет стаканчика под зубные щётки, тапочки 1 пара на 4 человека. В 2 часа ночи под окнами начал работать экскаватор, поднимал асфальт. Спокойного сна не получилось.

Viešbutis yra senamiesčio širdyje Bakčaršijoje. Aplink daug maitinimo įstaigų, kavinukių, aktyvi prekyba smulkiuose butikuose. Lengva pasiekti įvairius lankomus objektus pėstute. Jei keliaujate automobiliu, yra parkavimosi pro blema- senamiesčio gatvės siauros, kylančios stačiai į kalną. Mes palikom automobilį mokomame požeminiame garaže, visai netoli viešbučio.
