Great stay
Pros:

The accommodations were so comfortable that we were sorry to be spending only one night. I made use of the laundry area and it was convenient and easy. Breakfast area was beautiful, clean and offered many choices. Special thanks to Marquisha at the front desk. She efficiently managed a problem I had, gave us a later checkout time so that we could keep an early appointment, and did so with a wonderful attitude. She was a gem and a credit to your company.

Una excelente ubicación para el centro de Kansas
Pros:

Estuvimos para un partido de World Cup 2026 y fue perfecto por la cercanía al estadio y a diferentes atracciones de la ciudad.

Muy amplias las habitaciones y muy completa la dotación de la cocina y el mini market

El parquedero muy conveniente y seguro cerca de las instalaciones

The location was great, short walk to the city tram. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had to tape the drawers of the vanity area shut to be able to walk to the bathroom. The carpets were really dirty, white socks were not white after walking on them.

A brilliant hotel to stay for a visit to Kansas City
Pros:

Great staff.. lovely large rooms with a kitchenette that had everything you need.. very clean, near to brilliant restaurants and bars.. breakfast was excellent

Would stay again!
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. Our King suite had plenty of space, large bathroom with plenty of towels and towel bars, nice kitchenette. Corner room was quiet (hotel was filled with volleyball players and we didn’t hear anything!) Breakfast was good, lots of options and staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were awesome too. Parking garage was convenient. Location for our event in at the convention center was great.

Cons:

Not complaining because it is what it is - but our stay was pricey due to location for a sold out event.
