Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful experience booking our stay through Booking .com! The entire booking process was incredibly easy, smooth, and convenient. We were able to arrange both our hotel room and airport transfer without any difficulties.

Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel directly to ask a few questions about our reservation and transfer arrangements. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They patiently answered every question we had and provided clear information, making us feel confident and well taken care of even before our holiday began.

What impressed us most was the excellent communication and genuine willingness of the staff to assist.

Pros:

Our third stay at this hotel as the location works great for us, a short walk gets you into the action but peaceful at night, spacious rooms and big comfy beds, good variety for breakfast, can't say too much about the facilities as we're off to the beach on a scooter every day but pool looks a great place to hang out if that's what you want. Reasonable value

Cons:

Nothing to not like, not a fan of the 1000tbh cash deposit, used to just leave credit card details

Racist staff with lack of training in Hospitality

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the staff at reception and restaurant were impolite, they don't like Indians, it seems that they don't have any training of Hospitality, Indians with Self Respect should strictly avoid Ramada by Wyndham PHUKET
