The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful
House cleaning would not give me clean linens even after paying for it
Room was clean
No bedside lamps, no hairdryer, no soap, no coffee machine with coffee available, no artwork room was very plain, lots of marijuana smokers around the room and in the hallways.
The price and location
I saw several roaches between the lobby and my room. I was completely disgusted. The bathroom doorknob was broken and there was a hole in the wall behind the main door.
I’ve been staying at the hotel for about a week now and I’m very happy with my stay. I had some issues with the original room I was in and the staff moved me with no issues. When I go up to the front desk I feel like I’m talking to friends. So far each staff member I’ve interacted with has had the perfect amount of professionalism and realness; like visiting a friend at work.
I’m the kind of person who just doesn’t love public interactions but here I look forward to having to speak to the front desk
location and decent amenities for the price
cable didn't work at first, air conditioning didn't work at all. gave us 2 towels for 3 people for 3 days and wouldn't give me anymore because of an apparent linens shortage...lol so we had to share towels for 3 days. no towels no a/c and cable that had to be fixed led to worst hotel experience yet. I've stayed in cheaper more rundown places that i didn't have to deal with all of that and on top they offered no discount or refund. full price for not all i was supposed to receive.
Being on the ground floor
$25 per day for my dog...I paid over half of what I paid for the room for my dog. Never has a hotel charged me $225 non-refundable pet fee for ANY stay
The room was very clean.
I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my estimated time - couldn't check in. Had to wait until my estimated ETA before clerk would let me check in. Needed to see my license. Whatever for? No breakfast, no pool, no workout room. Tub had an annoying drip; had to close bathroom door. And the location was behind two other businesses; not exactly off the main road.
Convenient location to highway, 4 to 6 min drive to grocery store. Also public transportation right out. Staff always available at front desk or by phone. Good price.
I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when they check-out.
the laundry setup was there and costs $4.50 per wash and $4.50 per dry. I didn't use the laundry facility. Regarding staff friendliness, on a scale of 1 to 10. I would rate them a 31/2 to 4. I was handed a single face towel after checking in. The clerk told me they were out of towels and in case my room didn't have any. Four my seven day stay. I ask but did not receive any fresh sheets or towels.
Good cheap place to stay if long term stay
It is a nice, clean, inexpensive, calm and convenient location to stay within walking distance of several gas stations and restaurants. The rooms include a full-size fridge, two burner stove top, a microwave, a desk to work from, free or upgradable wi-fi, and free Dish TV, with the ability to add your streaming services. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The cost savings of staying there is amazing!
disgusting facility with NO service No housekeeping you have to take your own trash to the dumpster. I left in the middle of the night due to people noises. I feel traumatized. toilet paper on the floor of the elevator, ripped chair NO kitchen supplies.
I checked in and the guy at the desk was nice. But you have to buy pots and pans. The toilet wasn’t working and roaches came out of the light socket next to the bed
The room is very clean and comfortable. Nice space to cook and prepare meals. It has been a pleasurable experience. There's a full size sink in the kitchenette and a large, queen bed that's great for relaxing while watching shows on the modern television.
