This will my first choice next stay.
Pros:

Close to the trams. Friendly helpful staff. Close to city centre. Value for money. Good amenities.

Not pleased with the property at all
Pros:

Didn’t like anything about the property it was dirty old and it wasn’t what the photos on the website showed

The location is good, close to the tram station. View is good. Convenient self check in and check out.

Cons:

The facilities are very old. Our room lights were very dark, one of the light bulb was broken. Gym didn’t have any yoga mats or towels and missed a lot of dumbbells. The reception only opens from 9am to 3pm. As tourists we usually left the hotel before 9am and came back after hours everyday so it was hard to talk to the staff.

Ne plus remettre un pied dans ce lieu.
Pros:

Le coin piscine était super agréable, la chaleur de l’eau était vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

le personnel incompétent.
La chambre que j’ai eu n’est pas celle que j’ai réserver.
J’ai eu le droit à 2 lit simple rapprochée pour faire un lit 2 personnes.
J’ai eu le droit à une sorte de baignoire pour faire office de douche alors que j’avais réserver pour une douche à l’italienne.
Les carreaux de la salle de bain sont casser
La Clim à l’extérieur est rouiller et met des traces partout au sol de la terrasse.
On m’a refuser mon paiement en ligne booking 3 fois, j’ai du arrivé sur place et payer sur place.

Not a happy stay

I liked the location

Cons:

Room was not cleaned, shower glass clearly was not cleaned at all . Spider webs on the veranda that looked like been there for a while and 2 big Spiders live there so we didn't use the veranda.

Great location, clean room!
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious with amazing views of both the beach and the river! The location is great as it's about a 20 minute walk to the main part of town but its a nice walk along the beach, or there's lots of Lime bikes around which took about 7 minutes to get into town so both options were great! Love that you get a free car park with your room, and a laundry as well!

Don’t think it should be the person staying responsibility to take out the kitchen and bathroom bins this is what house keeping is for, I have never experienced this at a hotel before.

Never get the accommodation we pay for with Booking.com .always a lesser $$ room.
Pros:

Close enough to transport

Cons:

Booking.com did not book the apartment we paid for. They once again booked the lowest Studio room and took our money for an inner courtyard apartment. This happens every time we use Booking.com SO NEVER USING THE SITE AGAIN. The promised garden view was a 6ft wall .

Good stay
Pros:

Good facilities. Shared washing machine and dryer

Cons:

Room was not clean a hair my bed, hair in the shower and a piece of rubbish also. Reception are not there all the time so makes hard to talk to them or store your bags, they have a number to call but is hard when you are visiting from overseas and only have a data only plan. No hairdryer in room. On main road and windows not very sound proof
