Pros:

整體來說幾乎無懈可擊，晚上有安排接駁車上山看夜景，晚餐方面就算連泊也不會吃相同的料理，房間寬敞舒適服務人員彬彬有禮，雖然我在盛夏的時候到奈良是熱了點，但秋天肯定美不勝收。

Cons:

不會說日語的話體驗難免會稍微會打折(英文沒問題)，但本來學語言就是旅人自己的事

Un petit paradis dans la forêt des daims
Pros:

charme de l'hotel et des chambres, vue sur la foret et la ville, le diner gastronomique avec proposition d'harmoniser les 8 plats avec des vins, le spa privé en plein air sur le toit avec une vue panoramique (un grand bac d'eau de source chaude qu'on peut réserver gratuitement pendant 50 minutes), le staff très attentionné, la piscine même si elle est petite et les pourtours pas très soignés, les transferts gratuits en navette pour le centre ville et le temple le plus célèbre, l'excursion nocturne à un mirador dans la forêt pour admirer les étoiles, les shamallows grillés dans l'âtre le soir et le gateau du gouter

My friends like it very much!
Pros:

Dinner is so special and my friends like it very much. Not only the taste but also the style they have. Excellent for travellers who would like to have surprise!

Cons:

The check-in procedure is different from last time I stayed. The staff will come to my table to introduce but this time, they call me to go back to the counter for the procedure.

夜遊看星、夜景十分好．真係好多謝工作人員

6樓私人風呂⋯⋯氯氣味太重⋯⋯皮膚敏感接受不了
但公眾浴場空間太細，空氣不流通，有點呼吸困難😖

A super stay at a lovely hotel. High quality dining in a relaxed setting
Pros:

Food at the Ando was of the highest order, but did require a real discipline to be at breakfast and dinner on time. The private Onsen was also very special, as was the view from our room

Cons:

More flexibility around dinner/ breakfast timings would have been preferred so you didn;t feel so rushed through courses

Quel havre de paix ! C'est sûr ce n'est pas dans cet hôtel qui faut prendre comme point de départ pour visiter Nara ( et encore l'hôtel propose une navette gratuite pour rejoindre les gares de Nara) mais quel plaisir d'y séjourner.
Nous avons visité le parc la journée, arrivés le matin et bagages en consigne à la gare, direction les cerfs et les temples. Et nous avons rejoint l'hôtel en fin d'après midi et profité de tout ce que propose cet hôtel : repas excellent, bain privatif avec vue, ....Superbe moment

Pros:

Absolutely fantastic stay here for my birthday. So many amenities and things to do! Gorgeous room with a stunning view. The night tour is a must, as is the rooftop bath (you can reserve your space so it is private). Marshmallows to roast at night and the pool was a welcome sight after a hot May day exploring Nara. Staff were kind and helpful.

The highlight during my trip to Nara was not the deer, but the experience I had staying in Ando Hotel
Pros:

The property provides amazing view, service was impeccable and staff is very thoughtful with their suggestion for stargazing and private bath time slot. Dinner and breakfast was amazing as well

ロビーの香りはとても心地よかったです。
星空ツアーはお天気に恵まれ、良い企画だと思いました。

Cons:

エレベーターを降りてからさらに階段があること。荷物を持っての階段は苦痛でした。
チェックインの際の部屋の説明に齟齬があり、とても不安なきもちになりました。
２階のエレベーター付近は、カビ臭い（古い建築の臭い）が気になります。
露天風呂の大きさとか洗い場とか、利用する設備の説明がきちんと欲しかったです。
