The hotel is right next to Tea Garden, perfect for breakfast since the hotel doesnt provide any.

Cons:

The room has a jacuzzi which was the sole reason i booked this hotel. However, the jacuzzi malfunctioned. The room was not clean with lots of rubbish under the bed and minimal amenities. The towel provided had stains and when we asked the reception for a new one, they said we wld be charged RM20. The walls are thin and we had hard time trying to sleep as we can hear other guests going in and out. The hallways are carpeted and smell bad. There is not allocated parking for us, park outdoors at your own risk. Also, the staff could be more welcoming. Everytime we are at the hotel lobby, we hear the staff arguing with each other. The staff charged us wrongly and then blamed me for talking to her when she was keying in ... Definitely will not come back again. Save your money for other hotel!

Clean and very near to my office.
Organize and decent.

Cons:

Im trying to extend but they never ask me if i wanted to extend ahead of time. They already reserved my room to new customer. I have big luggages and it’s very difficult to check out and transfer to another hotel.
