Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews mention stains on bedsheets, animal hairs on the bed and that rooms were not cleaned/changed during the stay; cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful across reviews ("freundlich", "vriendelijk", "nettes Personal"); service is a strong positive.
Location
10
Consistently praised: good position for park/metro, within walking distance to city transport and supermarkets; quiet despite road when windows closed.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed: some guests found beds comfortable, others found mattresses very hard; bathrooms described as capsule-like and the small tilt-only window is a drawback.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed amenities: breakfast and parking/garage available and AC works, but guests noted no bin in the room, no safe, limited/krap parking and public access to garage.
Value for Money
7
Several comments call the breakfast and overall price too high and suggest cheaper local alternatives; acceptable for short stays but value is questioned.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast frequently described positively (good breakfast, waffles highlighted); a few found breakfast overpriced or items not fresh, but overall F&B is a strength.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall impression is largely positive for short stays: friendly staff, good location and breakfast; however cleanliness and some room issues temper the experience.

Cons:

Very small room, poor quality of the matress and pillows, very weird bathroom. The name of this hotel should be a guarantee of quality, but it does not apply for this one.

Pros:

Cons:

Nichts spezifisches
