الاقامة غير مريحة لاكن بسبب الموقع والاطلالة فقط هونت الامر

الموقع ممتاز والاطلالة شرحة وجميلة على البحر ومساحة الغرفة جيدة جدا ونظافة غيارات السرير نظيفة ودورة المياه كانت نظافتها جيدة

Cons:

نظافة الغرفة الأرضيات والأثاث لا تستحق كتقييم اكثر من 4 من 10 الوسائد غير مريحة مع وجود حشرات غريبة صغيرة جداً اكتشفناها قد تكون برغوث او ما شابه ليست ذباب ابداً كذلك مرافق الفندق اللاونجات غير متوفرة واحد فقط اول يوم جلسنا فيه واليوم الثاني والثالث لا يعمل تحت الصيانة والمطعم الرئيسي غالي جداً وحجزنا مشمول بالافطار ضاع علينا يوم عرفة ورفضوا تعويضنا عنه كذلك الازعاج يوم المغادة يتصلوا بشكل متكرر ومزعج من الساعة 11 ليذكرونا بالمغادرة السعر مقارنة بما وجدناه غير مناسب ولا يرقى أبداً مع الأسف لمستوى 5 نجوم

The best hotel I’ve stayed in in my entire life as a frequent traveler
Pros:

Everything about it was extraordinary like nothing before the safety the facilities the location the care from the workers they always had a smile on their face and made us feel extra welcomed they all deserve the best every single one of them.

The guest relation manager did not even bother to address an annoying alarm that was set at 7 a.m twice during my stay. Compensation for inconvenience was not enough at least for me.
