Cons:

In der Beschreibung war nicht erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz 14 CHF kostet. Mit der Vormulierunf P steht zur Verfügung fühle ich mich getäuscht. Ausserdem kommt die Steuer noch auf den Preis was nochmals 7.50 CHF p.P. macht..

Pros:

Nice room for four-person family, equipped with kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. Surprised because free fruits basket was on a dining table. Free water battles were also in a refrigerator. Staff were kind and friendly.

Cons:

I don't know it was normal in Switzerland, but parking fee 25CHF was expensive for me. If kitchen knife was available, I didn't have troubles to peel apples and kiwis.

Pratico per visite a Basilea e dintorni
Pros:

Pratico e semplice, c’è lo stretto indispensabile per una camera di albergo. Visto il grande caldo di questi giorni, l’aria condizionata è stata molto apprezzata.

Cons:

Con il passare degli anni il costo di una camera continua a salire, e a mio parere non è assolutamente più giustificato rispetto a quanto viene offerto.

The bathroom could have been cleaned with more attention to detail. It looked as if it had been used before and then cleaned rather quickly, so it did not feel completely fresh.
Also, one evening, I asked a member of staff for a small cup of hot water to prepare medication. The response was not very helpful; I was told there were no cups available and that paper cups were only for coffee and had to be paid for. In the end, the cups were provided, but the attitude felt reluctant and unfriendly. A little more courtesy in that situation would have made a big difference.
The room layout was also quite unusual and not very practical, with the shower separate from the toilet, and the sink inside the room. The bunk-style bed above the main bed was also positioned in a way that made it easy to hit your head if you were not careful.
