Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Nächstes mal buchen wir das „normale“ Ibis
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte wenig Ablageflächen.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During our stay, my husband and I were bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs, which caused severe allergic reactions all over our bodies. Our vacation was completely affected because we have been receiving treatment for over a week after our stay. This was unacceptable and extremely distressing.

In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating and were unable to sleep because the room was so hot, especially considering it was July.

I expected much better standards of cleanliness and maintenance from this hotel. Unfortunately, this experience ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously to prevent other guests from going through the same experience.

Locatie, heel vriendelijk personeel en de zeer goede parkeergarage.

Cons:

De deur van het toilet kraakte enorm waardoor iedereen wakker was bij het gebruik hiervan (niet fijn zo midden in de nacht).
