Cama muito confortável. Restaurantes e supermercados mesmo perto.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço muito básico. Apesar de ter rede de transportes mesmo à porta, fica a cerca de 1h do centro de Londres.

I am so disappointed with the booking.

Absolutely disappointed with room

Cons:

The Room were so uncomfortable toilet showers all too compact and dirty didn’t sleep at all . Also paid for breakfast but didn’t eat because someone come from outside touched all the food and the area was messed not enough food choice . Paid so much money and it was a horrible experience

Pros:

I liked the location only.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay at this Ibis hotel.

I was travelling with my 5-month-old baby and was surprised to find that the room did not have a kettle to heat water for preparing baby feeds. When I asked the staff, I was informed that kettles are not provided and that hot water could only be obtained from an area near the reception. This was highly inconvenient, especially when travelling with an infant.

The bathroom was also poorly maintained, as the washroom door would not lock properly.

In addition, there were roadworks taking place directly outside the hotel, which made access difficult. The hotel car park was locked, and when I asked the receptionist for assistance, I was told to stop my car on the double yellow lines, enter the hotel, and then request access to the car park. This was inconvenient and stressful, particularly when travelling with family.

Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Due to the lack of basic amenities, maintenance issues, and poor parking arrangements, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.This version is professional, clear, and more likely to be taken seriously by hotel management and other travellers.
