The staff and the room were great

The staff were all nice a friendly.
Rooms have air-conditioning.
Plenty shops and fast food places about.
The halls outside rooms smelt. Lack of parking. Had to park in the car park at Costa as there isnt a lot of spaces around the hotel. My daughter reported the top bunk was uncomfortable however mine was perfect. (Double bottom)

Lucky to have got a parking space at the hotel as it is limited.

Beds needed new mattresses they were sunken through too much use especially the bunk bed which was above the double bed.

room was compact, it was difficult to get the room key to read in the door card read to access the room , patience was required. would be a squeeze if two were sharing
the faulty key reader on the door, the fact the window would not stay open and had to be wedged with a paper cup, limited hanging opportunites for a shirt or towel
