Staff were very abrupt when questioning me about breakfast which I paid for during my booking to be told on my last day we had no breakfast after we had Eaten the lady was very rude with my response

There was a tesco next door so we could go for breakfast and get tea and coffee.

Cons:

Rooms smelt of cigarette smoke, no tea, coffee or kettle in room, shower extremely small.
