Excellent budget hotel
Pros:

The room lacked facilities like tea and coffee but these could be hired from reception for a small fee. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was a very a comfortable king size. The shower was one of the best I have come across in all of the hotels we have stayed in with proper sized towels. There isn't a lot of parking spaces on site but if there was no spaces available spaces could be used on the B&Q carpark across the road which is free if you register your vehicle registration when you check in

Cons:

For a budget hotel we found it comparable with a 3* - 4 star hotel and we could find no fault with it.

Stayed for 2 nights for work. All good. Might try the breakfast next time.

Good value for money , ideal for one or two nights stay .

Although the rooms are small , the beds were very comfortable , and the linen was of good quality ,

Cons:

There is not much parking by the hotel , but we were able to park across the road by the shopping centre , might not be pleasant if the weather is bad , but it was free so no complaints .

very small room not suitable for 3 ppls. we were only 2 adult and a child but it was very small as a family room wish it was bigger.

Very clean, staff amazing.
Pros:

Our stay was made very pleasurable by the lovely recptionist, Tina, she was very heipful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible as my friend had problems with mobility.
We were very impressed with breakfast which was an optional extra, there was a good variety of food to choose from.

Cons:

The room was not very suitable for older travellers, especally with mobility issues as it was very small.

A Comfortable and Conveniently Located Budget Option for a Short Stay
Pros:

A comfortable, quiet room which had everything I needed for a short stay and nothing that I didn't. This is a basic, budget hotel, advertised as such, and it worked perfectly for my needs on this trip. It's a few minutes walk to the Fratton railway station for access to the city and beyond.

The staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the fittings and simple decor were in good condition. I paid for breakfast for one day of my stay, and the quality and selection was surprisingly good for a budget property.

Cons:

Only one bath towel was provided, which seems a bit stingy. Also note that although there is a cooling and heating unit in the room, it does not have full air conditioning. This wasn't a problem for my September stay, but could be an issue if you plan to visit in the summer. The basic nature of the rooms was fine for me, as I mainly used it as a place to sleep and wash, but if you intend to spend a lot of waking time there it might not be ideal. Be aware that it is located right next to the Portsmouth FC stadium, which could be a plus or a minus!

Never again this hotel .
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel .

Cons:

The room , the bed was very uncomfortable, at was like a hostel but more expensive.
