Clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Great location for visit to Sheffield Arena to see a concert. A few pubs serving food and restaurants nearby. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free tea and coffee at all times in the breakfast area (including cappuccino, etc). 24 hour reception. Great value for money.

Cons:

Room was quite small but wasn't a problem for a short stay. The shower and wash basin were in the bedroom and the toilet was in a small room on its own. Would have preferred a complete en-suite. But again, it was fine for a short stay.

Pros:

Excellent location for the Arena and Meadow Hall. Car park onsite which cost £8.50 per night.
Air conditioning in rooms which was a bonus on a hot night

Cons:

Shower cubicle is very small so need to dry off in bedroom.

We liked the location, the air conditioning and the shower was good but basic

Cons:

The fact the lift was broken and 72 steps to climb each time we left the room to go downstairs and get a coffee as no coffee in room, or to go out. There is no hair dryer if it was needed. The toilet is in a cupboard. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. The toaster for breakfast is so slow for the amount of people dining and there should be more than one coffee machine.
