Everything just like going into a prison. Rooms are awful and remind me of jail cells that have been seen on the tele. Breakfast is dreadful and service……, what service. Bed is awful, if you like to sit on a bench and sleep this is the place for you. Wasn’t clean! Parking £8.

Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The location and the view were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. For the price, I expected the hotel to be good, but honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good! I was genuinely impressed and would definitely stay here again. My children were so comfortable and happy.

Bed bugs. People excessively drinking in lobby. Intimidating with family.
Beds were comfortable (twin room) good location for purpose of visit. Delicious yoghurt for breakfast.
Very expensive for a budget hotel. Didn’t enjoy the wet room bathroom. Leaking sink reported but nothing done. Car park small (disabled guest) had to park on overflow car park and also at a cost (£17 a night).
