There was a terrible high pitch whirring noise that never stopped. The only reason i never complained and asked to move rooms was because both nights i was very drunk. During the day I left asap to recover at a friends place because the noise was so awful. I regret not telling the staff to ensure no one else was subjected to that sensory nightmare. However, its rather disappointing that the room was booked, that sort of issue i doubt suddenly happens. It tells me complaints are not being addressed, and staff do not care. If i were an employee i would ensure no one stays in the rooms affected until it is resolved.
Excellent location, well appointed rooms and clean facilities
At checkin the receptionist requested a physical card for incidentals while I only had my phone. If a physical credit card is a requirement, it has to be listed on the Booking.com website.
Service in the restaurant was unenthusiastic
Always enjoy staying here. Location is great, rooms are always clean. Easy to book and fast.

Everything about the property was great. Perhaps just the number of homeless - in the mall who approached me was the only thing I didn’t like. This is out of the property’s control
