It was good place and good staff just acouple over things to improve it
Pros:

I liked everything about it the price and location and facilities

Cons:

Could have had some more utensils as I needed a fork and there was no window to air the place out and need to make it more clear about the parking as it was a bit confusing and could have a better type of tv so I could watch kayo on it for the football

Pros:

Lack of vegan options on menu and at breakfast. Some cooked mushrooms would be easy…

The reception staff were kind enough to store my page prior to check and even refrigerate a tinned coffee for me. There were also polite and knowledgeable.

Basic accommodation, good location.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. A short walk to QPac, restaurants and Star casino. Reasonably clean. Buffet breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Hidden frontage, we drove right past it initially. Basic room, small bathroom.

This place is so good, comfy, great location and a pub and shopping mall just down stairs, close to the casino also. Auto pancake machine was fabulous at breakfast time.

Good place to stay for a few nights
Pros:

Bed and room was sufficient for one night stay. Bathroom was clean. Bed sheets were clean. No issues with teh room

Cons:

Reception was still taking credit card details and putting it in a platform of some sort - I don't like that in terms of security. They don't have a scanner to scan your card? Very strange.

Fabulous location
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to everything! Fabulous view of the Brisbane River. Pleasant room. Highly recommended.

I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

Need coffee/tea cups to be replaced more often.
Staff very busy, but still did a very good job.

Cons:

Staff i restaurant just need to double check that customer has everything they ordered, and take away the cutomer no on a stick...as is done in some cafes etc.
