Potentially great hotel that needs more staff
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent and is next to Coles, a mall and shopping street just next door. The hotel is almost new; rooms are good however rooms are of small size.
Restaurant staff is fabulous.

The real issues are - they do not have enough staff. Checkin was delayed by 3 hours for which no compensation was offered. Towels and pillows took 24 hours to arrive. GYM was stinking and GYM is the only place where one can refill water 24 hours. So lot of rough edges that needs polishing.

I will recommend this hotel if you are business traveler and small inconveniences does not matter to you.

Cons:

The views were disgusting I will not book a more affordable stay again. Opening the curtains and seeing the ugly view outside was disgusting. These rooms must be off loaded to booking.com as they are more affordable but not worth it.

Okay-ish night stay in Brisbane
Pros:

Location and staff were amazing

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were really uncomfortable and caused neck and back pain after just one night. The mattress had significant dips in it, making it feel worn out and unsupportive. Maybe we were unlucky with our room, but it definitely wasn’t great

Pros:

Clean, beautiful view even from the 4th floor. Comfortable bed. Soft bed linen and towels.

Cons:

Could be more coffee and milk. But I really enjoyed my stay
