De ruime kamer en het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Er was te weinig druk op het water zodat er maar weinig water uit de douche kwam. Mijn kamer was op de twaalfde verdieping.

Terrible rest the first night, due to the late and loud live music next door.
Pros:

Close to things in the city and southbank

Cons:

as a first time stay at this hotel on a Friday night, to be placed in a room (7th floor) right above a pub on the corner playing very loud live music until after midnight - was not at all enjoyable. I value my rest and didn't get much at all that night.
after moving rooms the next morning; to have a disabled bathroom was fine but not great considering the pricing per night. No discount, no reduction. will never stay there again.

Great Hotel.
Pros:

The view! We booked a corner room overlooking the river. The room was on the 24th floor and the view was spectacular, day and night. The room was lovely, the bed was spacious and comfortable, with two pillow heights (very important!). The windows were floor to ceiling. Shopping close by and the river to catch a ferry anywhere. Amazing.

Cons:

Its a shame the bar and restaurant aren't on a higher floor to take in the views. Simple menu.

Great night highly recommend.
Pros:

Great nights stay to celebrate a special occasion. We were upgraded and the view and room were spectacular. Will be returning.

Cons:

Staff were extremely friendly and informative. Close to everything. And within walking distance to all the local attractions.
