Cons:

Travelled for important hospital appointment and at the time of booking I requested check in between 1 and 2 as check in was from 3 and i had to be at appointment 3 20 they confirmed my check in time as requested and no mention of been a charge, we got there 1.30 and tried to charge me £15 early check in fee even when I mentioned i had confirmed for 1/2 so just said id wait in the reception then around 2.30 calls us over to check in half hour early with no £15 charge

A Fantastic Stay from Start to Finish
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at the Ibis Budget Manchester Centre The room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and I also had a sandwich for lunch, which was delicious.

What made my stay even more enjoyable was the warm welcome I received from Peter and Priscilla at reception. As it was my first time staying at an Ibis hotel, they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their customer service skills were outstanding, and they are a real credit to the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Quick walk to the etihad stadium, well lit and next to a tram station. Easy check in and secure pass to rooms using room key to activate the lifts also late night entry.

Cons:

No on site parking although there is potential to park over night in tram station if spaces available &quite cheap

Great hotel in perfect location for concert!
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, room was clean, bed was comfy, location was perfect for the Etihad arena!

Cons:

No kettle facility in room love a cuppa ha! We prefer hot breakfast choice to continental but thats just personal preference.

Having paid this price for hotels far superior in London abd different cities i was disappointed to find there was no bar or restaurant facilities available and tea or coffee making g facilities which you get free at most basic hotels are free there was a charge for. Although it was called a budget hotel for over £135.00 per room per night i expected more.
Staff were very pleasant though but definitely not value for money compared to other hotels we've stayed in for the same money

Cons:

No tea or coffee win the room without a cost. Toilet was tiny and like a small cupboard which was not very private. No facilities to eat or drink other than a vending machine. Just not value for money on what we paid which was over £135.00 per room per night. Had we paid £75 00 i would have expected the much lower standard.

Very convenient for Piccadilly Station and Etihad Stafium - both easy walking distance. Room was immaculate.

Very noisy air con.
When this was reported, the Receptionist made a note, saying maintenance team would deal with it.
