Close to Manchester city centre. Plenty of cafe, restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Beds were comfortable. Good price.
Weird layout for a family room. The shower (with just a frosted glass door) is in the main room. Just odd, no privacy. No tea making facilities in the room, they offer this as an extra. I suppose it is a "budget" hotel, though.
We always stay here for concerts - Great location, clean and very easy check-in/out.
Staff are always pleasant and accommodating.
Would benefit from more plug sockets, particularly by the bed.

No coffee and facilities in the rooms, beds are not very comfortable, bathrooms are very small.
Location near Ashton canal, so 10-15min walk to Piccadily gardens. Nearby supermarket. Bed comfy.
Bit "meh". AC came on every time put key card in, despite repeatedly turning it off. Room cold. Wifi a little slow.

No tea making in the room
Close to the station. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and had everything I needed. Checkout was 12 which allowed a little extra for a lay in. 15 min walk to shopping centre just one straight road away. Costa and dominoes directly next door. Plenty of towels and water was hot in the shower. Had a games table in the lobby perfect for families.
No toothpaste. No complimentary tea coffee etc but for the price totally understandable. Under the beds could have done with a sweep. The only thing is the shower was separate to the toilet and had a glass door which was see through so I had to hang a towel over the glass for abit of privacy as I stayed with my child but wasn’t really a big deal to be honest and I would stay again.

The breakfast was decent for the value. The staff was amazing, specially the reception crew that went well over expectations to help us.
The cleaning was terrible. The towels were not changed, the toilet was smelling since we entered the room, meaning it was not cleaned. The corridors had dust accumulated on the corners as well as the top of the high furniture on our rooms

Your staff were so helpful, there were a couple of different staff members and I was impressed by them all but particularly the woman on reception on tuesday afternoon. Also the football table was a nice touch 😘
