Cons:

WC. Falta de caixote de lixo na area da sanita. Falta de um banco/cadeira ou sofá no quarto. Falta de roupeiro. Demasiado espaço desperdiçado sem nada num quarto demasiado básico onde quarto e wc se misturam sem qualquer divisão. Se uma mulher quiser mudar um penso higiénico tem que vir coloca-lo no balde no meio do quarto...nem quero pensar no cheiro. A não repetir. Salvou-se o PA mas não merece o preço que se paga.

Pros:

Centralt läge, nära T-bana station.

Cons:

Man måste bära tyng resväska på många trappor för att nå hissen. Det finns hiss för functionhindrade, men man inte kan använda den med tyng resväska.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ein großer Pluspunkt des Hotels. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot eine gute Auswahl. Allerdings empfand ich den Sitzbereich beim Frühstück als etwas zu klein. Angesichts der Anzahl der Betten bzw. Gäste könnte es zu Stoßzeiten an ausreichend Sitzplätzen mangeln. Insgesamt dennoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Personaleinteilung beim Frühstück erschien mir angesichts eines vollständig belegten Hotels nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Die Mitarbeiterin am Buffet war zunächst allein für alle Gäste zuständig und erhielt erst gegen Ende Unterstützung.

Dass die Zimmer bei dieser Lage mitten in Wien nicht über den größtmöglichen Komfort verfügen, ist für mich bei diesem Preisniveau nachvollziehbar. Allerdings hätte ich mir in dem gewählten Raumkonzept etwas mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht. Nach dem Duschen steht man praktisch direkt im Sichtbereich des Zimmers, was besonders dann unangenehm sein kann, wenn man nicht mit Familienmitgliedern reist. Auch die WC-Tür wirkt wenig durchdacht: Es fehlt ein Griff zum Schließen, und durch den etwa 10 cm breiten Spalt am Boden ist die Privatsphäre zusätzlich eingeschränkt.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die hervorragende Lage sowie das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Diese Punkte haben den Gesamteindruck letztlich deutlich verbessert.
