I like the hotel but it could be much better , lobby lighting is poor, no help to take the luggage
Pros:

The room was a standard one but no chair to sit on if you like to work on your laptop and place to pout your luggage, but the room very well furnished and in style and very quite

The breakfast was very poor and bad presentation, no varities, doesn't worth the money, poor service

Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que je reserve dans cet hôtel et je recommande énormément. Bon rapport qualité prix, propreté : le service de nettoyage est assez rapide et efficace
Les personnels : sont accueillant, tres serviable et bienveillant et il m’on proposé un surclassement.

Pros:

Start from location in city of Beirut and few steps to alhamra street where are plenty of restaurants and variations of shops.
Thank you Mr Ragheed , exceptionally professional, welcoming and attentive to every detail.
All the staff ( Layal , Rayan, Yara, , Hassan) are friendly and assist you with a smile. Also Abdullah and Hozhaifa the big help for us.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained.
It was our first time but surely not the last.
Restaurant staff were providing excellent service and we enjoyed the food .
