Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was handy.

Cons:

Breakfast was only served from 8am which was far too late for many people there on business. I wouldn't come back again due to the inconvenience this caused.

If i was to look for a room again, id look for somewhere different

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with you again, but in a king room.
Pros:

I was travelling with my elderly mum & you ensured we were almost next door to each other which was very much appreciated. The helpfulness of staff throughout our stay was outstanding. Convenient & plentiful free parking. Comfy bed, lovely towels. Cleanliness of linen and room in general.

Cons:

The soap & shower gel dispensers looked pretty cheap & nasty. The shower gel dispenser needed a bit of a deep clean or replacing. The water pressure was much too low and inconsistent.

Pros:

Lovely place spacious rooms, nice decor, and very clean, also 15% off in the restaurant when you stay with them.

Cons:

Slightly noisy from the roads near it, they did provide a fan but the rooms are still quite warm.

Friendly, comfortable place - just a few niggles.
Pros:

Room was large. Bed was comfortable. TV above the bed good. Bathroom was large too and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was air conditioned which we really appreciated. Room very clean with good amount of towels/ bath mats/ shower mats etc. Nice/ helpful to have a fridge.

Cons:

Hot tub was too hot and couldn’t get it to be cooler. No plug near a mirror for the hair dryer. Struggled to climb over the bar around the bed in the suite. No medium soft drink glasses - only small. No shelf for own toiletries in shower. Shower water pressure was awful!

Price is ok, needs air conditioning
Pros:

Rooms for the disabled are on the ground floor. Decent size and excellent walk in shower

Cons:

Not being able to have breakfast in the hotel and too late a start time at 0800. Couldn't use, had to go hungry.
No air conditioning. 2 small fans in the room as much good as a chocolate frog on a fireguard. Plus no socket one side of the bed to plug one in
