Excellent value for money
Pros:

Booked last minute for son’s graduation was not expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised the room was spacious, spotless and had everything you needed would recommend and stay again if in the area thank you

Shower when using the wash basin the shower went super hot

Pleasant staff clean comfortable room
Pros:

The spacious room nicely decorated and very clean pleasant helpful staff

Probably out of there control the loud noise from the boy racers on the main road

Excellent stay
Pros:

We were here for 2 nights with arrival Friday evening, the staff were very friendly and told us about the restaurant discount if showing the paper card.
We had an issue the next morning with a broken kettle, this was sorted in no time at all.
We liked our stay that much we rebooked for a visit we are doing to the area next year.
We look forward to our next visit.

Worth the upgrade.
Pros:

Short on space but worth the upgrade for finer touches of quality. Disappointing to find cobwebs hanging down over bedspace.

Cons:

Lack of en-suite privacy. Access via stairs.
No lift or parking for disability.
