Pros:

The room was really great. It had a nice bed, a nice view from our window and we really liked the bathroom. It was spacious enough for 2 people.

The location was a 10 minute walk away from the metro and tram, and the area was calm and peaceful. It had quite a lot of restaurants nearby and a few supermarkets.

Although the room didn't have any air-conditioning. The staff kindly provided us with a fan, and because of the cooling temperatures at night, the room felt nice when we opened up the window.

Cons:

The sheet around the mattress wasn't that secured (it didn't have an elastic),, so the next morning when we woke up we were laying on the bare matress.

It would've been nice if there were more pictures of the room.

Pros:

posizione vicino alla metro e servizi vicini come locali, supermercati, centro commerciale. Casa con molti confort sopratutto spazio ampio e molti elettrodomestici.

Cons:

l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Televisione solo in lingua polacca con dfficoltà a cambiare impostazioni in lingua polacca

The position was very useful and comfortable, the staff didn't solce much of the problems but at least gave fast answers.

Cons:

There were mosquitos in the apartment, we asked for a solution and the told us that we couldn't do anything because it was because of "the weather". The apartment should have been for 4 people but there were just one double bed and the other one was a sofa. We found it even without the bedsheets that we had to put on by ourselves on the sofa itself because it wasn't provided of a mattress at all...

perfetto per una breve vacanza!
Pros:

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza a Varsavia. La zona é ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto (metro, tram, treni) ed é in un quartiere moderno in sviluppo. Ci sono molti locali attorno per poter mangiare tipico e non. L’atmosfera é molto giovanile. Il palazzo ha l’ascensore ed é di recente costruzione. Nell’appartamento non c’é aria condizionata ma le ampie porte finestre consentono un bel passaggio di aria fresca durante la sera (c’é in dotazione anche un piccolo ventilatore)
Il bagno é spazioso, la doccia comoda e c’é anche la lavatrice. In cucina ci sono tutti gli utensili per potersi preparare eventualmente da mangiare.
Se scegliete di soggiornare con la colazione inclusa menzione d’onore al locale (si chiama SPUN se non erro) che é davvero spaziale! Hanno una piccola selezione di piatti per la colazione davvero ottimi (american pancakes dolci o salati, omelette in 2 versioni, i sirniki che sono dei pancakes un po’ più alti e piccoli, tipici ucraini in versione dolce o salata). L’ambiente é moderno ma rilassante e i ragazzi che lo gestiscono molto gentili.
