The location is good, the room pretty big but is not clean. Breakfast is horrible, pool really cold.

Pros:

The hotel offered exceptional value for money. From our 8th-floor room, we enjoyed great views of the city stretching all the way to Mt. Rinjani. The hotel itself was beautifully presented, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Zul, who looked after us both nights in the tapas bar. He truly made us feel welcome, and it’s this kind of outstanding service that leaves guests wanting to return.

saya stay disini hampir tiep bulan,
udah serg mengecewakan sebenarnya, cuma bulan ini bener” mengecewakan.
saya request quiet room, saya malah di taruh di room yg kiri kanan isinya anak” muda yg sedang party.
saya sudah complain ke F.O, tapi tetap ribut, tembok dipukul”, sy jd susah untuk istirahat dan besoknya sy harus kerja ( your soundproof was so bad! )
