Las facilidades muy buenas, la alberca, la temperatura de la alberca genial. Los cuartos amplios y limpios.
Cuentan con una fogata que es mas vista qué calentador pero muy acogedora y cómoda la terraza. El café a primera hora en la terraza, es gran detalle.
Las almohadas pueden mejorar mucho. Están exageradamente suaves. El menú del restaurante para comida y cena son muy similares, creo debe haber mas variedad y un menú mas extenso y completo. La regadera es de boiler de paso entonces el agua no es constante en temas de temperatura cambia de caliente a hirviendo y no disfrutas un muy buen baño. El room service cierra 10.30 entonces creo que puede mejorar ese horario como en el 99% de los hoteles que es 24 hrs. Pedimos un cafe en la noche y no había y nadie pudo darnos uno después de las 10.30pm.

Stunning setting with the lush grounds and mountain backdrop. Very peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are large and we had a private patio for morning coffee. The restaurant is very good - both dinner and daily breakfast. Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful.
My husban and I recently stayed at Amomoxtli, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful escape, and this beautiful property delivered on every front.
The environment is breathtakingly serene. We loved spending time by the pool, and the spa services are truly something special—I highly recommend booking the ceremonial temazcal for two and the "harmonize yourself" facial! It was exactly what we needed to completely unwind.
What really stood out to us, though, was the incredible service. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating, even making sure everything was perfectly sorted for our very early morning departure. We also really appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere among the other guests at the resort.
We loved our stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. If you want a beautiful, relaxing getaway with top-tier staff, Amomoxtli is the perfect place to go!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the property was even more beautiful than the pictures.
A short taxi ride into town, lovely and helpful reception, a smaller boutique hotel with the most delicious food, drinks, beautiful mountain views, and feel of being secluded in the jungle. We indulged in the outdoor massages, which were lovely, but there were many other treatments and included activities that looked interesting. We skipped the sauna and tub in favour of the pool, the mountain views were unbeatable. Felt quiet, exclusive, and serene. Would stay again!

We felt right at home when we arrived. The service is impeccable and kind. We stayed in the Turquesa room which was nice and big with a balcony.
There are a few things to note:
The decor could use some updating.
Pool closes at 8pm which is a bit sad
There’s a long list of rules to abide by.
All in all however, this property is magical and the staff is kind and always there for you.

We had an excellent time at Amomoxtli. The resort is a little difficult to get to but with the trip to experience. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend traveling here.
The experience - from the room to the staff to restaurant to the pool and spa - was absolute luxury. The breakfast in particular was top end, and we were able to completely relax during our stay.
We had an amazing time. The staff is incredible. The spa experience was the best we've ever had- amazing massage. Also the restaurant is beyond excellent. Highly, highly recommend!
