We are here at the moment and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room is great. We’re here for a family funeral and it’s been perfect.
I’ve broken my charger cable and the lovely lady at reception was able to help out.
Food and drink really nice and use of the pool/spa a bonus.
I’d absolutely recommend this for a visit to the area. Nothing to complain about at all.
This is a functional , friendly hotel in a good spot for exploring Glasgow . We stayed during commonwealth fames and tge price was inflated for what you get .
We stayed for just one night; the room furnishings are old, the public parking is a ways from the hotel (there is no hotel parking).

they were supposed to have park are work van would not into car park, and was not prepared to park in street as we pick this hotel because parking. so had book another hotel nearby that had parking Hampton would not give a refund for the three nights we had booked,they said it was past there cancellation period we hadn't even booked in yet.

Todo muy bien, únicamente que el hotel no tenía parking propio, el hotel limpio, las habitaciones mas que aceptables, el personal muy correcto, únicamente el agua de la ducha no tenia fuerza, era muy difícil ducharse.

Generally pleasant and good to have breakfast to start the day off ready to attend the Commonwealth Games. First room was clean and great to have a linked room with a door for family. Had to check out and check back in for the added day.
The first day was ok with a linked room both on same floor to accommodate children under 10. This was very helpful and the first day went well. There was some confusion with the extended booking with a change of rooms that did not match the first. One on one floor and the other on another - not what I was told at time of booking. Rooms were a different standard to first/not sure if staff housekeeping checked that these rooms were cleaned. So disappointing.

For the price we paid for the room it was not worth.
Stayed in room 406 for the commonwealth games so prices were higher than normal
We were able to use a digital key for the room and we could check in and out on line so that was useful and convenient
We arrived very early but the hotel let us store luggage
The room itself was perfectly fine and the bathroom was a good size and everything was clean and tidy
Noise was not anything we experienced in this room
