Wbrew warunkom rezerwacji Hotel obciążył moją kartę kredytową opłatą za śniadanie. Śniadanie miła być w cenie rezerwacji i tak zostało też potwierdzone przez pracownika recepcji podczas meldowania się. Niestety po powrocie do Polski Hotel zają moje środki tytułem śniadania i nie oddaje je. Moim zdaniem Hotel nie jest wiarygodny i działa wbrew ustaleniom.
The BREAKFAST, POOL, GYM & Front Lounge Area.
The location (wedged in between other buildings) and my windows faced the front of the hotel and a main street. The bar/restaurant area had a nice menu but there was no one to greet you or serve you.
Very friendly and hospitable staff, especially Onamica on the front desk. Was a lovely stay.

Marina was very good. She had best hospitality and very humble. And Lavelle, the assistant manager was very good. She helped me a lot too. I will definitely come back soon and meet you.
Shower need a showerhead that stays in place and not only spray to the side and it is always falling down. The water pressure was too low to get a decent shower and the shower was very small. Loved the size of the room and bathroom but we got to look at the dirty side of the building and the room was dark. We paid too much money not to get a decent view. It would be nice to have a microwave available for guests who request it. The lady at the breakfast area was not very pleasant and the housekeeper promised to bring bed linen but we had to ask twice before we got them.
Clean and functional hotel in a relatively good location. The area felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The Metro was about an 8–10 minute walk away. The breakfast was also quite good and perfectly adequate. We also appreciated being given a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM in the end.
The reception staff were not particularly helpful. When we arrived, we asked if our four-person room could be changed to two double rooms. This was not allowed, so we had to keep the four-person room and pay for an additional double room. As a result, we had to pay an extra $92 compared with what two double rooms would have cost.
The ventilation system in the room was extremely loud. We essentially had to choose between turning it off and having peace and quiet, or keeping it on and dealing with the constant noise.
The hotel initially also refused to offer a late check-out, although fortunately they eventually provided a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM.

Large and very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The room is modern, well appointed, with everything necessary in it. Lovely neighbourhood. Very good breakfast although limited options and no veggies at all.
Shades at the window open only horizontally.
I checked in on 24th August at Hyatt Place DC/Georgetown with my parents.
Marina at the front desk was very welcoming and catered to all our needs. The rooms are well maintained and this hotel holds up to the standard that one expects from Hyatt. Love my stay here
