運営のせい?
Pros:

広い、スタフ、入浴剤、

Cons:

ちょっとところところ汚いし、壊れてるし、
傘一本二本ぐらいほしいし、
なりより鍵がキーがない、
電話しないと出られない部屋とか意味不明です
あと窓ほしかった

【よかった点】
安い。広い。アメニティ充実。フロント前のドライフルーツ。シャワーがナノミスト。駐車場無料。持ち込み用冷蔵庫（保冷剤を冷凍するくらいのスペースもある）。ルームサービスの氷の純度が高く、溶けにくかった。喫煙ルームでも空気清浄機のおかげでほとんど苦にならなかった（当方嫌煙家）。
【残念な点】
浴室の排水溝に髪の毛が数本。テレビのリモコンの感度（電池？）。壁紙が数箇所剥がれている。部屋の鍵を開ける時にフロントに電話が必要なのですが、コールは１分くらい辛抱強く待つ必要がある（なかなか出てもらえない）。
【個人の感想】
近隣のビジネスホテルの半額で泊まれるのは非常にありがたい。思ったよりも「ラブホ感」を感じなかった。昭和感は満載。給湯器の活動の音（壁をトントン叩き続けるような感じ）だと思うが、気になると言えば気になる。地下鉄長田駅まで徒歩１０分くらい。乗ってしまえば梅田でも南でもスッと行ける。施設は１度行けば勝手がわかったので、私はまた利用したい。

建物が古くなっており、劣化しているところが多々ありました！
しかし、泊まる分には全然問題ないです。

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, it’s not for tourists.

I hated everything about this property

Cons:

Everything. We booked this hotel for 4 nights, but didn’t even sleep for one night there.
The room was very old and not clean and it smells horrible (very strong smell). You could see stains on some fabrics. Also, when we arrived, there was no reception so we tried to call the property for 30-40 minutes and nobody was answering or showing up. The building is old and the paint on walls of the rooms are chipped and the wooden frame of the window was damaged.
