Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, Nähe zum Zentrum,
Fenster mit Fliegengitter (leider ist die Bahn sehr nah und laut, sodass man nachts das Fenster am besten zu lässt!), Ohrstöpsel lagen auf dem Nachtschränkchen bereit. 😉
Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus.
Auch eine Spaziergang entlang der Stadtmauer / Donau lohnt sich!

Cons:

Die Eisenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist sehr laut.
Ungemütliche Beleuchtung und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.

Toll für ein Wochenende oder einen Theaterbesuch in Ulm (sehr zu empfehlen)
Pros:

Der herzliche Empfang, die familiäre Atmosphäre ((immer ein freundliches Gesicht an der Rezeption), das Gästebuch für eigene Einträge auf der Theke. Die sehr sauberen und freundlich renovierten Zimmer, jedes mit einer anderen Wandmalerei. Und die perfekte Lage - Bahnhof, Theater und Donau in der Nähe. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nächstes Mal probieren wir auch noch das Frühstück aus - der Frühstücksraum ist einladend und gemütlich, ebenso die mediterran angehauchte Terrasse.
