Pros:

The location is amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. There were some nice toiletries to choose from. The room and bathroom was very clean :)

Cons:

No vegetarian options for breakfast (only sweet pancakes - which were very good, but we were hoping on some choice and there were none). The rooms are quite small, but this is supposedly the standard in Japanese cities.

這次入住體驗非常愉快。飯店位置便利，從博多站步行即可抵達，無論搭地鐵、購物或前往福岡機場都很方便。房間乾淨舒適，服務人員親切且樂於協助，還能寄放行李及協助叫車，讓旅程更加順利。如果再來福岡旅遊，我會願意再次入住，也會推薦給親友。
Pros:

地點非常方便，步行即可到博多站，附近有便利商店、餐廳和購物商場。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，入住與退房流程快速，櫃檯人員親切，也可以協助寄放行李和叫計程車，對旅客非常方便。

Cons:

房間空間稍微小了一點，打開大型行李箱會比較擁擠。不過這也是日本市區商務旅館常見的情況，整體影響不大。

離博多車站非常近，且裡面設備都相當齊全，住起來相當舒適
Pros:

位置非常好，離博多車站步行約10幾分鐘即可抵達，
大廳一樓可依需求取用備品，亦有投幣洗衣機與烘乾機，且洗衣劑免費使用，房內空間雖不大，但ㄧ應俱全

旁邊房客如果有人在開關門，門會跟著共振，會誤以為有人在拉你的門把，這經驗比較糟糕一點。其他的優點及缺點，如上所述。
Pros:

飯店打掃非常乾淨，座落地點也不錯，距離博多站近，馬桶跟浴室是分開的，這樣子還不錯。洗衣機跟烘衣機好像有各有五六台，對需要洗衣服的旅客蠻方便的。而且衣服洗一次5公斤內只要日幣$200（包含洗潔精） ，烘衣機30分鐘只要日幣$100 ，價格合理。

Cons:

房間真的小些，大門隔音稍差，旁邊房間開關門時，會感覺房間門有在震動，
