A wonderful surprise - i didn’t expect to find such a gem frim a random booking.com search.
Pros:

It was so comfortable, clean, and quiet & the onsen made it an exceptional value. All the staff I interacted with, from the parking attendants to the front desk, were very helpful & kind. Breakfast had a wide variety of items & was tasty. I really wish i could’ve stayed longer!

Cons:

Nothing negative to report! I liked everything about it.

受付まで、とても良かったのですが、あとの2件が残念です。
Pros:

受付の対応は、ほぼ問題無かった。

Cons:

１8時半頃、風呂の脱衣場あった事、私が誤ってスリッパで脱衣場まで行ったため、にらみつけるように注意された。　キッチリ教育されたと思いますが、本人の性格しょうか?　言い方は大切ですね。　　　　　　　　
部屋の事です。ベッドとテレビ台の間が狭すぎて、足の指強打し不快な思いした。

最高でした
Pros:

駅前で真正面、場所的に最高でした
朝食も駅見ながら最高てした

Cons:

エレベーターが、一カ所3階までしか行かないのが少し不便でした
上の階にいくのに、そのエレベーターが動かないと、いつまでも他のに乗れないので困りました

満足のいく宿泊でした。
Pros:

立地と特に駐車場の従業員の皆さんが素晴らしかったです。大浴場も街の光がきれいで素敵でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

大きなスーツケースを広げるスペースがなくてすこし辛かったです。
